We suggest you to spend time in Camping Europa.
It was very nice experience good place and bungalow tent comfortable;
5 stars to the staff of entertainers, Young guys always disposal to socialize and always smoking

Very relaxing holiday....

Been here for two nights, then decide to move a camping close by. The best of this place is that is right on the beach. Just need to cross a sandy road and that's it. About the rest, everything seems to be pretty old and specially the mattress that's a bit uncomfortable. Anyway, if the prices were a bit lower could be good, but prices are very high.

Relaxing on the beach

My boyfriend and our little dog stayed in Camping Europa for 10 days. We had our tent so it was tipically camping. In August there is "Ferragosto" when are Italians on there vacations, so you must expect crowd on such small island. The whole camp site is on the hill, so you need to go up and down if you want to go to the bathroom, to the pool and of course to the beach. When you have to go up in the hill in the middle of the day, when is so hot, you're almost sorry you choose to stay in this camping. But the whole island of Elba is one big hill, so there are a few camp sites where you aren't on the hill.  On the other hand, Camping Europa has one part which is almost on the beach, there is no hill, but it is always ful booked with caravans and trailers. If you have a big luck you can put your tent at that spot, but this is almost impossible during summer months. 
Facilities are good, well equiped and very clean. Staff cleans bathrooms all day. Warm water is available all day so showers are not a problem. In the camp is also a market which is very poor with basic necessities which are quite expensive. If you go down the hill to the beach you go near the Camping restaurants where they serve very good pizzas for good price and other dishes. They work all day, so you can get very good coffee when ever you like for 1,20 € (capuccino). 
In short, Camping is clean, is quite big, prices are quite big for avarage camping, facilities are ok and very clean, staff is friendly but they should be more available, except staff in restaurant who are very helpful and nice. Beach is sandy and very crowdy during August, the sea is clear, quite warm and in the beginning shalow. 
If you will go on the Elba during August you should be prepared to top season which means a bigger price, a lots of people and crowd on the beach, road, cities, ferries... I will recommend this camp to healthy people, because every day walk up and down on that hill can be very exhaustive. But if you are on the hill you have spectacular view on the bay of Lido di Capoliveri and on the ancient city of Capoliveri.
