It’s a very simple place to stay but it is a bargain.   You have a sink and kitchenette and a bathroom.  Everything is clean. There is a free washer and dryer in the basement for your use.  Close to the Bahai Gardens.

Spartan but nice and clean

When I visit Haifa, this is the place I go to. Not only is the location perfect, as it's only a stone's throw from a main street where you can find restaurants but it's also right at the bottom of Mount Carmel, where you have the stunning view. The owners of this establishment are always (and I mean, always) so friendly, welcoming, helpful and respectful. As I am a young female, I stay here alone and I feel safe and comfortable. The owners are so trustworthy and they feeling is reciprocated. The room itself is perfect with all the necessities that you need. You are also given a phone that has internet, which is very useful!! The hotel itself has fast wifi. The room is super clean, it's own bathroom and a kitchenette too. I would always recommend this place! Fantastic in every way!!

Wonderful apartment!!

 Very comfortable, clean and well equipped place to stay. Extremely helpful owner, highly recommendable, will make your stay more pleasurable . Free mobile, free Wi-Fi, free parking, free laundry , it feels like home.

Well impressed 

The location of apartments is more than perfect, and apartment is very well equipped and you have absolutely everything you need and even more. I got some troubles with transportation in a holiday and the owner organized everything for me in his free day. The owner is very kind, very responsive and you can be sure that he will make everything to satisfy you preferences and make your stay more comfortable.

You can have not just excellent stay, but also all your problems can be solved :)

The apartments were simple and clean. There was a complementary laundry. The host was always available on line, to answer questions. 
There was also a complimentary phone with some data on it for guests to use. That was a nice touch, we thought. 
Their location close by the street with the restaurants in it and near the Bahai Gardens make the apartments quite desirable.

Haifa happiness.

I was staying with my parents for 3 nights at G38, which we got recommended by some close friends. the style of the G38 is very nice and contemporary, however unfortunately the maintenance of the rooms (as most places in Haifa) needs to be worked on.

great location, needs a little better maintenance

Stayed here for my pilgrimage for 10 nights. The room is big but the shower is very small. Difficult to use. This place has a small kitchen white a hot plate, microwave, toaster and electric kettle.  There is limited cooking utensils and everything needed to be cleaned before we used it. The mugs had brown dried on tea or coffee. The location of the place is convenient but and each room comes with a mobile phone which can be used as a internet hotspot. Over all I liked being able eat at our room but think staying in a hotel and doing meals at the PRC would be fine. But I was able to do a lot more cooking at g 38 which was nice. 

Dirty and no room cleaning

I believe that it is too expensive for what it offers. Since is being cleaned only after the departure of the guest, accumulated dirt can be found in sensitive areas such as the bathroom (full of black mold). For a similar price you can stay at a decent hotel with breakfast.
