Truly a gem in Haifa, excellent for those who wish to explore the city and its surroundings. Very close to Carmelit (the underground funicular, going from downtown all the way to the top of the mountain). Louis promenade and the Bahai Gardens are within minutes of walk. Excellent value for money. Stayed here for 3 nights, will definitely return.

Truly a gem in Haifa

We stayed at the hotel for two nights, me, my husband and our daughter. The hotel is quiet and very clean. They offer breakfast ( very tasty) and coffee, fruit and cake in the lobby. 
For us, the hotel really was an island of peace...The staff is very helpful and polite.
We really enjoyed our stay and for sure we' ll return.

Pleasant stay

We were 3 to stay at Beth Shalom for 10 days. We did not have internet in our room for 10 days, each employee giving us a different reason why. Uncomfortable bed-camp, rarely changed blanket (even when stained) and clogged shower. We also stayed locked outside the hotel one evening. The staff is friendly and the breakfasts are good.

No wifi

We stayed here from June 5th - 15th 2022 and really enjoyed it. A nice, clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff  and an excellent Israeli breakfast! The location is perfect for us and when I think of our other stays in Haifa I have to say this is the best for value and location. Ariel was very helpful in trying to sort out some missing luggage issues we had. And the baked goods they usually had available for guests in the lobby were excellent. This is definitely our preferred location from now on when travelling to Haifa.

Excellent value

This hotel is so neat ant very clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is great. There were free coffee/tea and fruits and cake at the reception area 24 hours available. But the fact that rooms were perfectly clean is important. We stayed in a few hotels in Israel and this one was the the rare perfectly clean. If ever again in Haifa we will go only there.


An exceptionally clean , cozy and welcoming

Breakfast is included in the price and this is really needed because the food price is very expensive in Haifa. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is wonderful. The bus stop is directly in front of the Hotel and it takes 5 minutes to walk to the center of this area where all the restaurants are located and also a big supermarket. The Hotel is very clean, our room and the beddings were very clean. The room was small, but it had all that a traveler needs; so it was good. The only challenge is that the check out time is at 10:00 in the morning but it is possible to keep your stuff as long as you need it in the Hotel. The Hotel is located near the zoo which is a wonderful location for travelers with children. 

Friendly Hotel

the hotel is so clean, the staff are very nice, cheerful and helping for any questions. The food is amazing. The location is wonderful. There is coffee machine and cake at the reception 24 hours. There is very nice out side sitting area. There is bing pong table in the down stairs.

Lovely receptionists and nice very clean rooms. Much better attitude and professionalism than the next door "bay view hotel" which you should really stay away from.
We really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was limited but we're ok with it as it wasn't very expensive and there are plenty of nice restaurants in the area. wifi was sketchy at room 305. Thank you for your hospitality and looking forward to visiting again.

Nice cosy hotel

This is a nice little hotel in a good location. I always recommend friends to stay here as it is clean and cheap with a nice breakfast. The furnishings are a little outdated but it is a good stay none the less.

Nice little hotel

Nice smaller hotel close to the Bahai Garden, 10 mins walk on the Promenade with great views over the whole city.  Walking down, but the walk up 30-35 mins is heavy, take the bus if you have issues with walking. 
Clean room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed. Good breakfast provided in the morning. Nice personnel, helped us parking in front of the building, and could stay there after check out, while visited the Bahai Gardens. Parking is on the street only and difficult.
You need a car to reach the beach, which is really nice, huge waves in windy weather.
We wanted to be close to the Bahai gardens while had limited time, and it was a great choice on a more affordable price.
