Stayed here for the weekend while at the full of the pipe truck show. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. The rooms are basic but did what we needed too. 

The mattresses are terrible which would possibly put me off staying again but did manage to sleep with a few alcoholic beverages down us.

Mattresses not great

Don’t bother. Beds are threadbare and metal sticks in you. Tried to sort it with staff who let me try other rooms but all were terrible. 

Told them I would have to leave (1 hour after arriving) and find  another hotel which had unfortunately gone up in price by €100 from when I looked a week before to the day I then had to make an urgent booking given the one I was in was no good. Staff said they couldn’t offer me any compensation for my inconvenience. Got my money back but that took several days as well. I’ll avoid this place from now on.

Avoid if you value a good nights sleep

Staff friendly and helpful (however)  the beds were terrible and wires from springs coming through. Was offered differing rooms to try mattresses and they were the same. Only two rooms had obviously new mattresses that looked fine and felt lovely.  but these were occupied. Had to check out an hour after I checked in. Then had the inconvenience of having to find another hotel for two days which cost me double what it would had done having booked earlier. Asked for a gesture to compensate my inconvenience and extra cost but was told there is nothing g that can be done. 

Suffice, won’t be staying there again. Buy cheap, pay twice was never more appropriate.

But in haste, repent at leisure

Fantastic service here. Lovely staff that were so helpful and kind. Comfortable rooms, decent food. Would highly recommend. Will stay again when we're next in naas. Clean and tidy, plenty of parking. Great location. Thank you very much!! 

Highly recommend

The room was very clean as well as the whole hotel, staff very friendly, helpful and efficient always looking to please the guests. The breakfast was excellent also recommend the curry in the evening. 

Excellent place to stay

Very clean room comfy but small bed. Clean bathroom also small. 
Basic facilities. Friendly staff. Good location. 
Breakfast good but not a lot of selection for non cooked options. 
No lift to get up or down from upstairs rooms with your luggage.

Good but basic.

The receptionist greeting us on check in was amazing, kitchen was closing within 5mins of our arrival late last night and she rushed to the chef to order us a meal after a very long shift, even before she checked us in. It was very much appreciated.

We had breakfast included in the deal but this morning we checked out early around 7am for work but the work was pushed back to 12.30pm so we had to sit around and wait and we rang the hotel around 9ish asking could we go back to the room but unfortunately it was being cleaned so the receptionist this morning offered us to come back and sit in the hotel and even mentioned we had breakfast included so they would make us breakfast and we did and it was amazing. 10/10 place, wasn't expecting much for a small place (no offence) but it was greatly appreciated the efforts the staff went to. Will definitely be back when in Naas. 

Would definitely recommend!

We recently attended a wedding in The Town House Naas. The hotel is Immaculate, the food was excellent and the staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely competent. From the time we arrived until the time we checked out we were looked after so well. There's a lovely relaxed atmosphere, everything runs so smoothly and all the members of staff were very welcoming and helpful. 

Wedding Attendance.  We would highly recommend the Town House Hotel and we're looking forward to a return visit.

Booked my room online to pay when got there, manager & girl at reception when i arrived, filled out form gave over my CASH money to to girl she put in till where as the manager went an too say I had to pay with credit card I told her is cash not good enough now that it was in the till, her exact words to me with out even looking at me were "Give her money back" in this country when you should be taking any booking to keep your customers coming back you choose to be greedy and rude, I had no problems with an little b & b out the rd beautiful people, great breakfast and except CASH

Rude, bad service

Basic 2 star. Good location, small rooms, no breakfast until 8 is a pain for business travellers. But sure lookit as the fella says. Didn’t eat there or go to the bar so can’t judge those as the fella says
