Mary an Carmel were amazing hosts. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Clean an within walking distance to tons of restaurants an pubs, great location. Breakfast was great an they were very flexible in the mornings for my schedule.

Where do I start with this B and B. Great location. Walking distance from the town. When I walked into the B and B, I was greeted by Mary. She was such a fabulous lady. Instantly felt welcome. Couldn't do anymore for us when we arrived. Then later on that evening we met Carmel the owner of the B and B. Another fabulous lady. From the moment we walked in the door I felt the B and B was cosy , welcoming , warm . Bed was so comfy. We stayed there 2 nights. Was unreal. We had breakfast on both mornings. Was absolutely Devine. Made to order which ment food was cooked to order and so fresh. We will definitely be back again without a doubt. Thank you so much for such a warm welcoming. Felt like was a home away from home.

A very nice B&B in Killarney with wonderful hosts!  Within walking distance to nightlife of clubs and shops on the main strip that stay open late.  Our rooms were nice and comfy!   We had plenty of space and then some for all of our luggage!  Everything was super clean and breakfast was absolutely wonderful!  When we make another trip to Ireland,  we will be staying here once again. Thank you so very much!! ❤❤❤

Lovely B&B, extremely clean room, excellent breakfast. The host was so friendly and gave us great tips! The place is only a short walk from the town centre and we loved everything about it, we would definitely go back again!

Mary the host was very friendly,  room was very clean and tidy and nicely decorated with comfy bed .  Large bathroom great internet.    No coffee and tea in the room but I’m sure if we asked they would have made a coffee, the only down side was our room windows including the bathroom looked into the back yard which was used regularly by the hosts so had to draw the curtains.

Great hosts and location

This B&B is less than half a mile from the center of town-- a very short walk.  Our room was rather small- the double bed took up most of the room- hardly enough room for our carry on suitcases.  The air in the room was stale-- a ceiling or table top fan would have alleviated this.
Now, let's talk about BREAKFAST!!-- superbly done !! The eggs,bacon ,sausage, and veggies were cooked to order and worth the 5 minute wait.  We also had yogurt and fruit.
So, adding it all up, our stay was just ok!
