Came here with my boyfriend for a weekend away, absolutely fantastic location, the accommodation was clean bed was comfy. Would give 10/10 stars for hospitality Cillian was so lovely and we were welcomed by the most lovely lady (sorry i didn’t catch your name) Overall great place if you’re heading to dublin, I felt so safe the whole time which is really important while travelling. Thank you once again it’s been a lovely trip and we were well looked after by the hosts.

It was the second time I was staying at Abbeyleigh House. I will probably stay there again, if I travel to Dublin. The room was clean, nice and spacious. It provides all the basics for a comfortable stay. It is fairly close to St. Stephen's Green, Grafton Street and other tourist attractions, though our choice of staying there is because it's close to Iveagh Gardens, where we attended a concert. Anna is a really nice and friendly host.

Lovley Georgian house. Easy to reach from the airport. Very good prices. Realy helpful and unobtrusive owners, clear, comfortable room, hot water in the bathroom all the time. Very quiet and pleasant place. Exactly what you need for an enjoyable stay in Dublin!

Clean room, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Good position close to the city centre and with a bus stop right outside. Spar, cafes, restaurants and pub nearby. Perfect for a short stay. There don't seem to be many places like this in Dublin, so definitely recommended.

Stayed here between, 3rd And 6th July. The rooms are old fashioned; however I didn’t mind this. It had a shower that knocked my socks off every morning and a really nice view from my room (room 2). 
Fresh towels every day, clean room and as a base it was fine. Coffee and tea facilities in the room, however there wasn’t a hairdryer. 
No breakfast here though, it is purely on a room only basis. There is a Spar across the road selling groceries and a line of cafes and restaurants. Bus stop outside, I actually liked the quietness of the area after rush hour traffic. For what I paid (substantially lower than others on offer in Dublin) I felt the room was very good, no issues as I would certainly book again.

Anna was really friendly and welcome. Hallway did smell of smoke and decor could do with a bit of a spruce up. Really centrally located to Dublin and with off street parking which is handy for people renting cars. Nice little shops close by.

Host was very welcoming and very hospitable especially with my 11:30pm check in. Bus stop outside for 48a a few more and 700 aircoach from airport. 10min walk to Stephens green.
Room has a very old but tidy feel, had a small 30cm CRT tv with limited channels. But who is watching TV with pubs and cafes so close by. Would stay again

old school but comfy

Absolutely the worst place that I have experienced since I have been here in Dublin. This place is so run down. The room looks nothing like the description or pictures and neither does the entrance.

The toilet does not flush the shower is moldy and the tiles have cracked and fallen away in places. There is no screen on the window nor can you close it as it doesn't have a latch to secure it. It was hot the night that I was here and the room filled with bugs because I had to leave the window open for air. Their is no AC in this place.

They advertise breakfast here on this listing but there is no breakfast.

I wish I had of seen the previous reviews before I booked.
Seriously, you can get a nice room at a hotel for less amount of money. 

I do not recommend this place at all.
