9 reviewsI stayed here for one night, I think this is one of a good budget hotel for a trip. You can have a good coffee beside this hotel (Phoenam Coffee Shop). Staffs are all nice and informative from the reception desk to the roomboy. The room is clean, pretty spacious (I got the junior suite because it's the only room available at that point with a double bed). Everything is ok the only things they have to step up is the room is slightly smelly. You can easily have a city tour around like Fort Rotterdam, Losari, and Sumbaopu street, ask for at the front office for a suggestions! If you need a taxy you can use Gojek app (then use Gocar for car or Gojek for motorbike-taxy) at the moment (oct,2016) Uber hasn't join the game yet
