Clean, affordable, budget-friendly room. The service and staff were very helpful. What we didn't like was the quality of water as it was brownish colour with a lot of chlorine smell that burns the eyes. Expect for the water issue the hotel is highly recommended for travellers and riders who just need a room to spend the night.

The worst part is the manager of the hotel who is not a malayali but from some north east of india who thinks he is the owner of the hotel. He is a fraud, will proise to give the receipt after check out but will never give and charge you more than the internet price, also his behaviour is very rude and bad. Rest malayali staffs are good. Moreover the hotel is not clean and very dirty.

worst experience

The property manager was so unprofessional. Although I had a reservation for a day, they didn’t have any room available for my stay. I was completely stranded at midnight and was forced to leave the premises against my will. I won’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience.

Rooms are clean but small. location is good and it is very near to kaloor metro station which is nearly 850 meters from the hotel.They provide free W-Fi. Suitable for single person. There is lots of food courts available nearby.

Average Hotel

This property had R.O. drinking water, A/C and non-A/C rooms with free wifi and comfy beds, only cold shower and close to stadium metro station. Price is reasonable for good facilities in this area with 24 hours check-in and check-out.

Good place to stay

This hotel was definitely not for westerners, except backpackers. The staff was nevertheless honest even if I was not happy. At least one good thing.

The hotel is located at the central part of Kochi so location-wise travelling to different parts of the city is easy. The room was relatively cheap compared to the neighbourhood Hotel prices. Enjoyed the stay here.

This is one of the worst accommodation i ever seen,No drinking water, no hot water, rooms are very small, no handle   even for the doors , We stay there 2 days , very difficult to open and close door from inside no handle for doors ,requested to the reception to resolve ,they dont mind it..worst.

Excellent place. Suitable for families also. The only thing is pure vegetarian hotels are not available in the surrounding. Drinking water should be provided in the lodge.
