Excellent service clean rooms & close proximity to iskcon temple. You don't expect clean rooms & room service while visiting dham but this hotel is superb, my little girl needs milk daily & it was served within 10mins by room service. Also car rentals can be arranged from travel desk.

Excellent Hotel

I stayed here for 3 nights and trust me it was a nice and a comfortable stay.

Location was awesome..room was clean..I  got hot water when I wanted. staff was courteous.

They do serve food at reasonable price.

It was a very good place to stay. Staff very friendly but sometimes limited #of staff. Very reasonably priced. Cleanliness definitely very acceptable - though not their biggest focus. Our room had a little bit of trouble with hot water, and the staff did not believe us. We finally got that taken care of.
I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay

The hotel is exactly behind the Iscon temple. Peaceful place around hotel. The best value is the good rooms with Air Condition, spacious and clean. Hotel staff is cordial. The only disadvantage I found that food (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner) is not available in the hotel. It may be because most of the tourist go outside and have food outside. The good thing is that you have ISCON temple restaurant just 100 m away which is accessible from back side gate of temple, so nothing to worry about. Overall it was a good experience staying with the hotel.

Good hotel (Value for Money) & Best location

Been here several times (7 on average) and it is pleasantly good, basic but clean accomodation. Very close to Iskcon mandir. WIl recommend to anyone travelling to Vrindavan.  Very helpful and friendly staff....makes your stay all that more comfortable.

Good, Clean aaccomodation

I stayed here for one night, it was actually beyond my expectations, clean spacious room with AC and Fan, nice marble floor inside the room and the corridor, there’re also two big windows looking outside yard, with nice sunlight coming through and made the room quite pleasant.

The room is very basic, linens are clean but over used and hope they can just bleach the linens to make it look cleaner.

No tea tea-kettle to make tea, have to call and they’ll bring a pot of hot water to you. No hair-dryer neither. I brought my own toothbrush, toothpaste, can’t remember if they offer.

The tiled bathroom is very basic with rusty metal amenities, shower head and faucet etc, they could’ve asked someone to polish the metal parts to make it shine again, and the bathroom room will look nicer.

I believe this hotel has had its hay day, not every budget hotel would have marble flooring in and out, I think it can gets better after some minor improvements.

Best part is their location, very close to the big temple, I went to the temple in the morning and had a free meal there.

I’d say it’s a good experience staying at this hotel.



Nice budget hotel close to big Temple

the major plus point about this place is that it is right behind ISKCON, so easy to reach the ISKCON temple and the MVT restaurant. The staff were helpful but the rooms are very basic. Heater is provided only at Rs400 per day. Which I felt was too much, since it was winter and we were not using ac, at least they should provide the heater. We only ordered something from their restaurant once and it was quite satisfying and freshly made. Pure vegetarian. Thank you for that.

average place to stay

Stayed here during our pilgrimage to Vrindhavan. The location is very convenient, as there are lots of places nearby to visit. The standard of the rooms are not great, but it is workable. Cleanliness was disappointing as they only clean rooms if you are there, which is unlikely if you are traveling.

Spiritual Experience...

Experience of stay was not good. We were 6 adults. For 2 adults sofa cum bed was provided by them, which was not at all comfortable. When asked to change matress, staff behaviour was not good. He didn't change it. Poor cleanliness. Rooms are spacious but not maingained. I would not recommend this hotel.

2 deluxe rooms in bhakti dham 14/04-17/04

O have paid 24k for 3 nights for 2 rooms for this Sarai ,no hot water ,mosquitos in room , quit were not cleaned , no rooms were cleaned , torned quilts with spots  on bed sheet , third class facilities only advantage near to iscon  ,no food  because cook was absent why they termed this lodge as hotel  just loot in name of location pathetic and very bad experience
