The property is excellent. Weather was amazing wihich was complimented by great food and hospitality. The staff at Saddleback restaurant was humble and on to their toes to serve. Their F & B Manager Swaroop made sure that the food was perfect and everything asked was available.

Excellent Stay and Food

Best service at Fountain by Pritam and Rujuta.
Beautiful layout. The live menu is a deocacy. Do try the lavassa coffee. And the rapchik dosa. The staff is very active and interactive. You will also like the muffins and pretzels. The view outside is gorgeous l,must take a stroll.

Amazing food nd service

The location of the property is a big plus- isolated yet 5 mins from the market. The staff keeps up with IHCL hallmark of excellent customer service and readiness to assist in every way. Special mention to Nikhil, Pritam and Rutuja. 

We stayed in the room with sit out however heavy rains made it difficult for us to use this area however the rooms are gorgeous and washroom is a huge area with bath tub.

The property itself has a lot of open area, games area and spa making it ideal for families with kids. All in all a great experience!!

Property is with the good view. Food is good also i like live performance during dinnar. We stayed in premium rooms with sit out. Would like to thanks to om for booking. Special thanks to Nikhil for providing the premium rooms with 02 king beds which made  our stay comfortable.
Looking forward to visit again in december.

Hotel is at best location

One of the best place to relax, enjoy and rejuvenate. No need to go anywhere once you are in the hotel the food is excellent.  The staff is warm and also the place is very well located. Great place overall

Good hotel,property,staff,ambience,food,location.Jain food is also available.It was pleasant experience to see the owner managing himself and asking guests about quality of food.We were allotted room no 32.Would like to suggest installing fans rather than coolers as they are noisy.Also to paint speed breakers in the property to avoid mishap.Duplex  rooms can be given railing as support to elders and children.

Visiting this property ainge long time the hotel is vast spread in acers has good big size rooms and very clean and very well maintained. one can see a beautiful sunset view from the rooms specially A8/9 property All the staff from security,Mali, reception to restaurant are were friendly. Owners special attention makes you feel at home while dinning.
It is just 500 mtrs from central and walking distance of all local market shops,cafes and restaurants.
Mahabaleshwar being a famous hillstation is a beautiful historic city with lots of sightseeing to view around.
Stayed in other branded resorts in mahabaleshwar but staying at fountain is different experience you will definitely visit again and again

Homely friendly hotel

We've been coming to Fountain hotel every year, sometimes even twice a year since year 2001. Their hospitality is just splendid. The Hotel itself is a paradise because of its stunning views of the picturesque Koyna Valley and nearby strawberry plantations. It is also close to the local market. The  Rooms are the finest and most opulent in Mahabaleshwar. Mouth watering food coupled with an array of exceptional services render added flavour to your stay.
The owners Chandan Seth, his wife Ritaben, son Gaurav along with his wife overlook all the meals personally & makes sure that every guest is pampered. 
Definitely more than 5 🌟  to Hygiene, Food, Staff, Rooms, View. The entire staff from the reception to dining hall to rooms & all,are extremely humble & always prompt to serve you.
Most importantly it has been declared a Heritage property & they have maintained it to the T. Would continue coming here every 4 months till my last breath. Thank you 

A Home away from Home

The hotel staff and food is amazing. Jain food available. Courteous people and fantastic service. Will definitely recommend everyone. There is hot water and rooms are spacious and view is also very nice. Rates are reasonable. Abid Sir is really supportive. Imran, Mohan and Nitin all very supportive.
