This is a good hotel. We had checked in to a standard AC room. The room was not spacious enough, but okay. Clean bathroom. No restaurant in this hotel. You can directly order from a restaurant or the reception will help you in placing the order. There area few more restaurants in the same street or you can cross over to the parallel road and find several eating joints. Courteous and helpful staffers. It is not much far from the airport, but a regular taxi would charge you INR 250. I booked an Uber Sedan it cost me only INR 110. If you do not have much luggage and if it is not raining, you can simply walk to the airport. My suggestions: Please provide more power outlets for laptop and other gadgets.  

A decent hotel

Located at 600m from the Kochi airport, this hotel is perfect for a long halt in between your connecting flight or because you will be reaching the airport early. The hotel was very clean and offers free airport shuttle

Great for a shot stay on budget

Stayed here for a night to catch an early morning flight next day. Location is very close to the airport. Parking available in front of the hotel. No restaurant but near by eateries delivers food to room. Room and bathroom are clean. Room is small but has table, side table, chairs and a ward robe. Water bottle, towel and soap are provided but tooth brush and paste is available for purchase.

Hotel front desk is very helpful. Pickup and drop is available for airport. I took my boarding pass print pot from the front desk. Overall it s not luxury but good for an overnight stay.

Good Hotel for a short stay near Airport

Happy with our one night stay at Anna Residency for the following reasons: Clean room and bathroom, perfect location for airport departures, free shuttle service to airport, tv and hot water, restaurants nearby, friendly service, 

Just what we wanted

The hotel is located near the Kochi Airport & the car is sent only after you call up but it arrives in 10 minutes. The room are nothing to write about & the bathrooms are tiny with no ventilators. The staff is good but the card machine is non functional so had to pay cash. There was no breakfast for 24 Hr room service but there are day / night eateries near by the hotel.
The hotel is in lower for low price seekers paradise.

Good Location but poor service

I had visited this place and staff will make believe to give offers and later they cheat you. Recently, i had visited cochin and my stay was 1 1/2 day. Initially , they said 2 days they will apply room charges (of course, same with any other hotels) , but after negotiating , he agreed to consider for  1 single day and same is written in paper.Later, next day when we were about to go for break fast, he intentionally stops and says remaining balance  with 2 days .  When we asked him about yesterday deal , he denies saying he never told so and only fools will give such deals. We were shocked to hear from him .And ,  he also adjusted in the paper X 2 days which was not present yesterday. These people are fraudsters , they make you believe. Room service is pathetic , they did no come cleaning in second day, no complimentary food and they charge Rs1800 A/C room per day . They say it is A/C room , but A/C machine does not provide that much coolness . I recommend you any other hotel not this one.

Staff are cheating people

Stayed here for one day.Service was good.Providing round the clock pick up and dropping facility for air passengers.Room linen was torn and found some not attended and uncleaned areas in my room - dirty corner soap dish,Study table top not cleaned ,old news papers was not cleared from wardrobe,Towel rod was broken in bath area etc.But the total cleanliness of the property was good as their corridors, lounge, parking space are seen as tidy. Telephone was not provided in the room which was a big minus as it is a basic facility of any catagory  hotel.They don't have the in-house restaurant but kept an outside restaurant menu in the rooms. 
Except the cleanliness and in-house amenities, Overall stay was good.

Good service

a budget hotel near airport. there is no elevator in the hotel. the manager asked us to take a room in the second floor. i said i am just back from sabarimala with lot of strain. then the manger is kind enough to give room in the first floor. the room was non a.c. the room does not have ventilation. in the morning hours around 10 am there is lot of heat and with out electricity it is very difficult to stay in the room

budget hotel near airport

The hotel is walking distance from the airport, I'd recommend taking rikshaw thought due to road conditions outside airport zone. It is not Ritz Carlton and it also don't play like that but it is very good alternative to more expensive airport hotels especially if you are on tight budget.
