Very comfortable and cleans rooms for cheap price and staffs are very friendly,helpful. Instead of spending lot money in stars hotel you will get same basic facilities here.Its near to mysore city junction and also very clam and peaceful place

Stayed here last week for 2 days. It is a very good hotel situated in a residential colony which has all the facilities around. The room we got in 2nd floor was spacious, huge beds and well ventilated with extremely clean toilet. Wifi connection was fast and good. Staff was very attentive and helpful. We asked for hangers, we got them in 2 mins. We asked for extra soap, got them in 2 mins, asked warm drinking water for my kid in the early morning, got it in 5 mins. Seeing our heavy luggage, they volunteered to pick it from my car. Car parking is behind the hotel building and I did not face any problem with parking my sedan. However, ppl with less driving experience might face little bit of problem driving in a small street. Keep up the good work and looking forward for my next stay @ Kingston.

The stay was very comfortable here in this hotel with family .The rooms are  very clean , neat and well maintained . the area was very  good. management and staffs were very nice and good . The service was very good

Stayed there for one day ,good and conformable hotel for short stay ,Location is good and you will find all basic amenities near by ,Room is best in its class you will feel comfortable staying there ,Hotel does not have any restaurant and they order food from outside nevertheless food was good and i  recommend to try DAl TADKA .You will feel staying in home

Dont trust these guys, they will change any time, they refused to give me refund of one day cancellation, so unprofessional they said what refund one day was complimentary, they behave over smart... be careful guys

I have a worst experience at this kingstons residency. They are the best frauds who make money by increasing the traffic as per there wishes whether is there surge in the demand for rooms in the weekend or weekdays.
The rooms are not upto mark with hygienic, and hospitallity.
There are no cancellation facilities or postponement. If have try to do then the money is gone in there pocket if pay in advance and request for slight change in room booking. I have very worst experience, they don't keep the word they simply bluff people attracting them by with low tariffs. They just forced us ( customer ) to pay the extra money after the dates with their concent. If they know that you are going to stay there for long then there tarrif increases. They don't leave you until pay the money in advance.
I request not fall prey for such talks by the staff of this Hotel including the owner, who never appears there in-person but he just speaks over the subordinates phone for any issue, without resolving the issue. Just disregarding the customer. Overall a hopeless condition one will have to face if they stay there.

Value for money only...not for those who stay there

I had booked for two nights..but staying one night was horrible than a nightmare.. bathroom were very stinky, bedspreads were not washed, buckets and mugs were very dirty, rooms very dusty, very low maintenance. Bathroom tails are not at all washed from the day it is laid. not at all worth paying RS 1500 per night. No parking facility. I had paid 2k advance and when I asked him to return RS 500 since I checked out on the very next day. He denied paying balance amount.. such a cheap hotel and cheap guys.. they don't want to improve it they just want easy money.. family with kids please don't go..it might be a good deal for bachelors and students..

Hopeless... One of the worst hotel ever seen.. no ethics..

If you choose this place, you will surely regret and sometimes, your life may be in threat throughout your travel in Mysore or Karnataka, if you had questioned them on their frauds and cheating. I lost trust in OYO as they son't have enough facility to deal with these like urgent situations occurs.
You feel like you can attacked by these people at any time if you don't adjust with them. The most important thing  is the local oyo guides won't attend your call when in need and act and talk from these fraudster hotel people side and even threatens you. Very very unsecured place for family as they will allot your  OYO booked rooms to some other clients  and make you stay in some fraud and unhygienic hotels with the price they had agreed via OYO booking. Simply Cheating showing you the attractive photos of their good  rooms at lower rate and will sent you and your wife and old aged parents to their fraud partners running unhygienic hotel rooms nearby. And they will charge you more than they had offered us for the good rooms.

Request all Patrons/Guests/Tourists/Visitors to completely avoid choosing or going to Kingston Residency, Kalidasa Road,Mysore.

Its a hotel property that is being run by one of the most unprofessional, abusive, unethical bunch of idiotic people who have no values in life.

First of all with no fault of mine, they denied me checkin for a stupid reason that they did not want to provide me an AC room accommodation which was completely against the rules or values of OYO who committed to provide me an AC room accommodation while booking through OYO mobile APP.

When I confronted with them as to how can they deny checkin to meat the hotel inspite of paying the charges,instead they started us abusing me with such filthy words which I wont be able to mention here.

I have had the worst experience with the management of Kingston Residency, Mysore.

Hence I do not want others to go through the ordeal that I went.

You will surely find much much better options in Mysore to staybetter than this useless, hopeless, worthless, worst, abusive, unethical management of Kingston Residency, Kalidasa Road, Mysore.

We were stuck without a reservation during the long weekend of Christmas and landed up at this lodge. Were assured that the rooms were available and tariff will be Rs. 1,800 per room, which was agreed upon and with clear instructions to keep 2 rooms for us we left the place for a meeting. After 2 hours we returned back for check-in to the rooms and were trying to check-in plus pay an advance (no credit cards, only cash).
Surprise.....your address details are jotted on piece of thrash paper, advance their is no receipt provided other than a scribbling on a small torn bit of paper and here comes the knocker - were informed that the room tariff has moved up and the latest tariff was Rs. 2,800 per room. We were shocked beyond belief that surge price was applicable on hotel tariff too other than Ola and Uber cabs!!! We instantly decided not to stay in this place, as we had severe doubts of a safe stay in this hotel. When we did confront the staff they had an excuse that it was a new Management hence things are all done manually. 
Ps: Also there is no parking even for a bicycle in this hotel....
