Forget facilities like hot water  or catering.Its a transit hotel. Priced very good and showing 3 stars at many sites while in reality no stars al l.

Cheap and comfortable  hotel for transit stay only

Late arrival at Mumbai and was advised this hotel as it is at close proximity to the T2 Airport. So, late check in was smooth and they helped me with outside dinner order. Polite staffs. Could manage with the breakfast. Smooth check out. Again helpful staffs.


Good for transit

As I had a late night arrival at Mumbai, I checked into this hotel which was not far from the airport. Its has to be approached by the elevator. Eventually, I checked in and room was small, cozy and clean. Staffs were helpful and nice. Breakfast option was limited but had a good portion. Not bad for a transit stay near the airport. Room service is available.

Nice place for a late check in

Rooms were clean, wifi was inconsistent, windows were extremely thin and balcony door didnt shut properly so awoke at 7 to beeping of horns!
 room service was good however when we tried to order tea and sweet lassi the receptionist said we could only order one or the other as it isnt good for us? also when we ordered food said no to masala tried to get us to order paneer which i said we couldn't have! then said we could have, pushy and strange really. 
breakfast was absolutely terrible, rice and chai! 
much too expensive for a below average hotel. hot shower very comfy bed and satalite tv good points.

Staff werent helpful, were rude when we insisted to wait at the lobby until our passports had been scanned and we're finished with rather than have them sent to our rooms. Rooms were clean enough, noisy outside but to be expected in mumbai, very close to support so perfect location for what we needed. Okay for what you pay for just don't expect much, which we didn't anyway.

Good location for aiport, not so good service

Not good at all. Not a good area. No smoking room not available. All room smoking only.

WiFi not working, Rooms in poor shape.
Food quality is very poor. Coffee found adulterated.
Mattress was deformed as it is made of soft foam...No good experience.
I feel cheated by getting attracted to beautiful pictures of hotel interior on the Treebo website

Poor facility

Though the hotel is closer to the airport ,it is far from other siteseeing places. The staff are untrained and rude. They even don't know how to guide a guest! The food is reasonably good-tastewise and rate wise- but the room service is poor.Even the entrance cannot be located easily. We had to call the reception for guidance towards the hotel entrance.

Non-trained staff

We are not satisfy with the service and the approach of the front office staff and the cleaning of the hotel, no greetings and smile at the counter. Hotel look and ambiance was fine , can make more better

Not Good Not Bad

Hotel room was good but the atmosphere was not good. only thing is nearest to airport and The hotel area is not good for family stay. If you want to stay as single its  worth to stay. The morning break fast was good
