Bed was not so clean ..fan regulator is not there .no water heater at all .TV remote not working…waste of money …not worth for amount 1230rs.. no landline phone at all …bad response….not worth ……………..

My experience 

I stayed there for a day. when I checked for double AC room I was offered only triple AC room. though we were two, we were forced to take the triple bed room at the cost of Rs 1800/- The room was quite large but badly illuminated. Pillows were not very clean and it appears they continued the same from the last guest. white bed and whitebedsheet were looking slightly brownish. Bath room was very old type and no toilet handspray was available. inspite of paying a good sum for madurai standard, the amneities were not upto the mark. next to the hotel they have one restaurant. but i did not visit there but i visited next hotel which was somewhat better. for this money they do not even provide bottle water and heater was provided and it required  time to heat the water for the next available person. ac was ok. but while AC is on you need to switch on both fans to get cooling all around. Parking space was there. but the whole day car had to be parked in a hot sun. while taking the car in the afternoon the car was very hot. take care while parking to park undershade of only one tree at the end of parking space.

Worst place, worst people, worst rooms. Everything is worst about this Place. TripAdvisor should have given a provision for Minus rating so that we could have given a minus rating for these scoundrels.
Happened to make check-in at around 8 am on 18/10. They charge 900/day for a Non Ac room which is pathetic than a dungeon.
You get a very bad smell(odour in fact) on entering a room. Bathroom didn't had light and water supply was so pathetic. When I went to ask the receptionist to allott another room for me as even charging port is not working in my room. His reply was 'Sir(with a unprofessional tone of voice), won't you check all these during morning hours!! Right now no other room available sir. I was like WTF?. Whose responsibility is to check all these. I was made to stay in this room for a night as they won't return the advance. Next day morning I went to check out as I just wanted to leave this creepy place. While checking out the same receptionist was like' Good that you are checking out. We have another guest who is a regular customer. We were thinking on how to allott him a room as no room is vacant. Thank God you are vacating yours'. I was like WTF. At the same time it happened to see one random person who had already checked out few hours asking for a place for 5 mins to refresh as he has got some wound over his thigh and has to dress it up. The receptionist guy was like 'My owner is so strict sir. He doesn't like all these. He has ordered not to give any room without getting something'. I was standing there thinking 'My god, are they even humans'.

Worst place on Earth

Stayed there for few days with terrible house keeping service and dressings,
Owner of the hotel acts like a tug when questions asked. Room have a very bad smell and once complaint about mosquitoes (too many) and they told will be ok next day.
Next day found out no action taken and just check out with very terrible experience.
Such a bad condition & service of the staff & owner. Total "0" customer service!!!
What a experience we had at the hotel and never will recommend anyone to stay here!!!

The bed, pillow, bedsheets are not cleaned properly the room is very ugly room service is very poor. They are not providing any facilities. The window screens are full of mosquito eggs, bad experience

Not a hygenic place to stay very dirty rooms

Pathetic service, pathetic rooms, staff has no sense of customer service, they fight with customers and all the hotel staff will come to fight with you, very risky hotel, not safe at all. No hot water, they will fake all the facilities before booking room and no service after that. There is restaurant attached with the hotel which has menu card without pricing. They charge high prices for cheap quality food.
