Very good hotel in katra, specially staff were very helpful and courteous, kudos to them. Food was good as well, our room was big enough, this hotel have lift too so if you have any mobility issue you can consider it, location is good too near to helipad

Very Good Hotel

We were looking for property in Katra for my client, we suggested few properties name to him, but at last client gave this name to proceed further. On initial basis they (hotel management) pretended to be nice, but once you paid them complete amount they change their way of talking and everything.

They asked for payment from client while check in, when it’s been already been done from our side day prior. Shared everything over the email and WhatsApp even though they didn’t bother to update that in their system and continuously argued on call.

Their team didn’t update the name of client as well, so when my client arrived they keep on searching and telling that there is no booking with so N so name, though it was already been shared over the email and WhatsApp.

Unfortunately, these things created unwanted hassle for us and for client too as in Katra mostly people have to face network problem. Somehow my client called me up and explained all these things. For the same when we tried to reach the hotel management, they have taken it very casually and blamed us that we are creating scene. As per the manager whom I was in touch for this booking, it’s normal. They asked for amount while checking in though it’s already paid, or they will not update the correct booking name, so you feel yourself in trouble in no network zone. 

*Suggestion:* Think before you go ahead with this property. Highly unprofessional attitude of hotel staff.

Good property which requires more maintenance and improvement in restaurant services 
Need to train staff in hospitality services otherwise staff is cooperative , staff had quick service but essential toiletries were missing in room along with mini bar was promised but was not there in room

Good Hotel with insufficient maintenance

I cancelled my booking about a month back and since then I am constantly following up with them for my booking amount refund. Every time I do a follow up call, I just get a false promise that refund will be made within a day or two. They are just making false promises and looks like they have no intentions of refunding the money.

Don’t book as you will have issues getting refund in case you cancel your trip.

Stayed here for 1 night with a group including kids. Booked 3 rooms and all were in good condition, and more importantly, it was spacious. All the 3 rooms had king size beds so if you have a family of 4 with kids below 6 then you don't need an extra bed. We reached early at 6 am and everything went peaceful. There is an option for an early check-in which they charge around 480 rs. Staffs were good and helpful. Breakfast was also good. Overall a decent stay with Jai Maa Inn.

Amazing hotel ..trip to katra

When I visit a hotel I look for three things mainly- cleanliness. Hospitality and food. Jai maa inn scores perfect 10 out of 10 in all these three fields.cleanliness of room and hotel was of highest standards.  Staff was very courteous and responsive. Food was finger licking. Overall was much above my expectations.

Love this hotel.Beautiful building and interior, great location.Excellent staff-who think of everything, are consistently cheerful and nothing is too much trouble. Best of all? Fantastic food preparation and enormous portions and comfortable beds.

Fabulous Hotel

Hotel is nice and very good... staff...best part hotel is centrally located....you can have nice restaurant. Nearby...but hotel is nice..WiFi is not provided in the room ..anyways hotel is good in it's class
