I loved the place, location food atmosphere and most importantly the wonderful staff. I loved the view from the room. I like food too. It’s very wonderful place everyone has to visit once’s.. Weather is too good 🧿😍

July trip

It was great experience staying here. Mr Ravneet is very cool person and tried everything to make our stay conformable.  Will recommend everyone to stay here. Room Service was quick. Rooms are spacious.

its budget hotel.ppl staff is very helpful, for heater u have to pay extra, clean linen ,food is good ,service nice . but not recommonded for oul ppl as they have no lifts, n steep hill 4-5 min walkto reachplace ,but near to bhagsu temple ..

I visited Dharamshala and Mcleodganj, its a beautiful place.
Let me tell you the pros and cons of this hotel:

Pros:
Service is very good
Both the guys working there are really helpful and will not say no to anything.
Food was tasty
Hotel has a hill view, and clouds enter your room in winters. (it is awesome)
They provide heaters in winters and they are good and big. (charged extra)
Balcony rooms are good.

Cons:
Rooms and Bathrooms are not very clean.
Bedsheets have stains on them.
Rooms with no balconies are little suffocating.
You will not have a hotel parking, but will have to pay separately for parking.

Overall we had a pleasant stay, small things can be overlooked, they don't charge you much, so for a budget, this hotel is really good. They help you as much as they can with their small scope.

Good hotel for budget stay

They are offering best facility according to what they are charging. Kindly note this is a budget hotel, so don't expect extraordinary room and service. Hotel room was clean. It was freezing day when I landed Dharamsala. I had to ask for heater and paid extra Rs 300. All hotels in Dharamsala will charge between Rs 300 to 600 for a heater per night. Aman was a great support and helped me with heater and breakfast (Nice masala chai and butter toast) was scrumptious to enjoy in early freezing morning. Also special thanks to Mr. Tilak for arranging me a taxi guy to pick me up at the airport.

Pocket friendly

Stayed here on 11th March 2022 during our trip of 6 families from Bangalore to Himachal. Situated very near to Bhagsu Temple. Not easily accessible to important locations of the City sine it is located in a narrow lane and  difficult to reach TTs.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
No separate Reception point, restaurant, dining space and food was served in the open balcony visible to all residents neighboring properties and was not tasty. Every time we request curd or coffee, they go outside to bring milk or packed curd from a small grocery store. 
Bitter experience was, we ate Alu Parota with pickle and the staff showed blank faces telling that NO stock of curd at the grocery shop and no minimum responsibility to have sufficient stock well in advance
The staff are customer friendly and cooperative but appears helpless situation expressing " We are only Employees and management people are staying at Delhi"

Not a suitable place for families to stay here with MAP package, expecting satisfactory food. 

It is suitable for bachelors only for stay

Budget Stay

Booked this hotel for 2 nights, located in Bhagsunag , 1 km away from Mcleodganj tibetan market and Mcleodganj bus stand. 
Reached the hotel , staff not very proactive, unless they want to earn some money or a good rating. 
Room from the view was amazing, facing the snow clad mountain ranges.Rooms are clean with attached balcony Food is average. it was raining when we visited in Feb, and actually experienced an entire cloud travelling near the hotel . location wise is ok, have to walk a slope to reach there, other hotels in vicinity. Nearest and best places to visit was German bakery, bhagsunag temple, bhagsu waterfall, famous Shiva cafe and Tibetan market in mcleod gang .
Overall stay average because of hotel staff. Else deserves 4 stars
