I recently had the most devastating experience at Hotel Ruby's in-house restaurant, and I cannot keep silent about it. I was three months pregnant and arrived at the hotel at 5 o'clock in the morning, hoping to grab some breakfast before starting my day. Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at that time, and being pregnant, I needed to eat regularly to keep my sugar levels in check.

So, I ordered some sattvic food from Zomato, a food delivery app. However, I was in for a rude shock when the restaurant manager refused to allow me to take the delivery, despite my desperate pleas. The manager bullied me and harassed me, saying that my pregnancy was not his concern, and he would not allow me to eat the food I had ordered.

As a result, I was left without any food for hours, and my sugar levels kept increasing due to hunger. Eventually, the worst happened, and I suffered a miscarriage, losing my unborn child. The pain and trauma I went through are beyond words, and I hold this restaurant manager solely responsible for my loss.

I cannot forgive this person for the way he treated me, and my curse will be on him and his entire family. No one should ever have to go through what I experienced at Hotel Ruby and I urge everyone to avoid this establishment at all costs.

Heartbreaking Experience at Hotel Ruby

Ruby hotel is good, but due to group booking for 30 people, they given us room in konark hotel beside Ruby hotel and experience in Konark hotel is WORST, room is filthy and lot of cockroaches, and bathroom stinks and full of fungi here and there, when I shared my experience with Ruby Hotel Management they apologized which is no use to me, so please refrain from booking in KONARK HOTEL and make your holiday worth !!!

KONARK HOTEL WORST Hotel

This is not a place for people who want to have sound sleep at night as this hotel is known for group check in. Lot of noise due to many people from group tours checking in. Rest of the hotel is excellent. Staff are very sincere and supportive. Location is very near to railway station. Its almost in the city centre for shopping and other sight seein

Decent place

Hotel Ruby has got 49 delux rooms with all modern amenities. This hotel is replica of small palace which gives the look and feel of traditional Rajwada style. It is centrally located and has got a large space for parking vehicles. Most of the main markets, sight seeing places, govt offices, railway station and city bus stand are within the close proximity from hotel. This hotel serve  hygienic vegetarian food and  also has24 hr front office support for any need of guests in the hotel. There is also Wi Fi and room service staff is very humble and supportive. The rooms  are spacious and clean. However, there is a scope of amendment as in some rooms there is no ventilation in rooms as well as washrooms. In fact there is no exhaust system in washrooms. This makes it very difficult to use. We have been regular visitor to Jaipur for Govind Dev ji mandir and amazing food, shopping. We would always prefer this hotel for our stay in Jaipur, it's always a pleasure to be at this place. However, if hotel management would make small amendment as pointed it would be awesome experience going further.



Best place with right prices and great services

I really enjoying my 2days jaipur Trip with my family, Overall i say about this hotel is good, its not a street hotel, parking is available in front of hotel easily 6-7car parking place,wifi available check login password with reception before the check in. Hotel menu price is little more expensive but food was good .

Visited with my girlfriend to have a pleasant and romantic stay but rooms are uncleaned and smells really bad. Room service was also horrible. They trat couples like we came from another universe, Not recommended for couples for sure.

Screwed our romance

Believe me...the best tourism place in India...and we enjoyed a lot in Jaipur...and this hotel make our journey more comfortable...and every rooms of this hotel are very attractive as well as neat and clean...so what are you waiting for...? Go and visit this lovely hotel😋❤️

Tourism

As it is said dont judge a book by its cover, the exact same thing goes with this hotel. It looks eye catchy from the outside but on the inside the stay is not that pleasant. We were allotted a room on the ground floor which was very conjusted.Rooms dont even have a window to keep the air flowing.The washroom was also stinky.

Unpleasant stay

As the picture suggests this hotel only look good from outside. The lobby area is also quite good & attractive. As you enter the room the reality starts unfolding itself. We choose to stay in a ground floor room for 3 days, but there was no housekeeping done in our room. When enquired with reception they argued that the room was cleaned. But actually it wasn't. Even on 3rd day nobody appeared to clean the room. The staff specially an older man always try to enter the room and I've found him drunk a couple of times. The hotel management is actually not at all serious about the guests.
 On final note if you are going to Jaipur for one day this hotel is Okey, but still don't expect to be treated as a valued guest. The food is also very costly & of an ordinary quality.

Dirty hotel with nice outlook.

I've stay here for 2 day's..  I enter the room 2 bedsheet are different colors use of like blanket.  I complain the maggi but no body of listing my complaint. House keeping Boys are unmannerd total staff.  Trying to come in the room.  And check out what's going on in it.  Shame on you Ruby Hotel staff. I don't recommend this  bloody Property.  Don't provide any acompanymeant in washroom like shop,  dental kit or shower kit.  Vest money in the hotel..  Washroom very congested. Dirty bedsheet.  Over all spoil my holiday and money.
