TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

Overall stay was average. Beautiful hospitality and excellent room service. But room ambience was poor and old style, and washrooms were just pathetic. Location is decent and approachable. They claim to be a valley view room but did not meet the view expectations. They serve free breakfast which I would rate 7/10. In a nutshell, this hotel has a wonderful staff but does not have the expected infrastructure. They need to renew it.

Hospitality good. Location good very near to bus stand. Situation is not good at all. There is no open side and surrounded by other hotels. Break fast available but choices limited. Morning tea or electric kettle not available. No arrangement for room heater.No wi fi. Parking place is there. Staffs are very co operative and helping. Of course room tarif is within medium budget, but above arrangements could be made available.

NO VALUE FOR MONEY 

Booked A Room With Hotel oak valley resort (Dalhousie , near Subhash chowk road , Bus stand) On June 3 Sunday . With high spirit 
Booking Was In emergency So they charged Us according For 4 People Me My sister and Parents for Inr 4695/- for night of 3rd 

FACILITIES PROVIDED :

Internet connection : 
(Zero Wifi or No wifi available)
First thing I checked Here was The speed of good internet the Staff members gave me Password s to wifi   With almost zero Connectivity , so I had to rely on my mobile data 

No Running Water Supply: Second thing we checked was for Bathroom to refresh (I know Dalhousie is suffering from Water crisis ) They barely had one tap of water With only few drops , Room service were confused as ever And instead asking us In Bafflement
 
Complementary breakfast: All  we thought was to have Good breakfast , for 4695/- they Provided us with Sticky paranthas As  Breakfast , (this Is the Point that really ticked me off) 

Miscellaneous : No Moving over to other Things like There were Items in the Room Just useless  as ever

Non working Mini fridge 
One Table light was attached To the Bedside Which is also non-working ......

Positives- 

Lastly the only  good thing That i found was courteous Response and helpful behavior from Both reception And room service 

But if You thing Thats the only Thing to Provide To the customers then YOU'RE JUST BAILING CASH FROM THE TOURISTS...
