One of the finest place to live as a Solo or Two at the max. The location is extraordinary, that can only be realised once you start living here. Though the place was notorious earlier due to some Anti social elements but Not Any More. So cheers and enjoy your living...

Permanent Resident

Cabana service apartment is in my society so I went to hire a room for a single day for my guest s.Rooms § Toilets r clean. It's just like an hotel a receptionist is sitting on the entrance who will provide u room.

It's a very nice place to take rooms. Very well furnished and a planed way.

Every facility is given by this, tight security staff. Nice garden park and playing area.
We'll facilitate and well maintained also

Nice place

During my stay Cabana Serviced Apartments in 2012, I have always found the quality service that no one can complain about. The reception was friendly, informative and ready to execute all of my requests. 

The most fabulous part was the huge room that is equipped with everything you may require. Room amenities, room service and cleaning were awesome. 

Most importantly the restaurant was quite impressive. The buffet in Breakfast and Dinner was really good. You can choose the foods that suit your taste buds. They really provide a good variation of foods that collectively offers dishes from all around the country.  

I am thankful to the management for serving the breakfast at midnight as I was required to fast on Ramadan for 1-2 weeks during my stay. They are really flexible to fulfill the guests' needs in an elegant way.

However, the outside became quite dusty during the last few days because of the construction works at the opposite side of the road. I hope that one is completed already and the front area regained the greener cleaner ambiance again.

On my next visit to NOIDA, this will be my first choice for booking. :-)  

Wonderful Experience Throughout My Business Trip

Never ever opt for staying in cabana whether for short term or for long term, Their services are pathetic and disgusting. There are no trained people for housekeeping, their staff on night duty sleeps at night, no electricians, plumbers, technicians available after 5pm.  Their managers switch off their cell phones after their duty hours in evening so that they don't need to attend to complaints. Their internet and cable TV does not work half the time. They use dirty mops to clean the room, so your room ends up stinking. They don't clean the rooms properly. It was the worst service apartment and worst staff. VERY POORLY MANAGED

DISGUSTING PATHETIC - BIG CHEATERS

Cabana suites happens to be my employer's preferred service apartment and all employees are forced to stay here when they visit Noida (Cabana suites is close to the Noida-Gaziabad border). I have stayed here multiple times with the total duration of stay exceeding a month. I cringe each time I stay here (I don't have an option) and have now started avoiding travelling to Noida so that I don't have to stay here.

Pros:
location - located in a good locality. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Lots of shopping options around.

Cons:
DIRTY!!! - I have often found a thick layer of dust under the bed as the cleaning is only superficial. The room floor is sometimes so sticky that I make it a point to never take off my shoes in the room

Food - The breakfast buffet options are limited and repeat every third or fourth day. If you are staying for several days, then the breakfast can quickly get very boring. Room service is very slow. Also, I once found a piece of metal wire in my noodles.
