The condition of the room is horrible and the food part isn't great either. The only good part is that it's near the MG Marg, The rest things don't fit right. In room entertainment is another pain as they only offer the channel which comes free with the basic subscription. 

Many options available in the City. This isn't the best at the price paid

Nice location, nice and courteous staff specially Mr Lawrence on the reception, Mr sandeep for the prompt response for the room service. MsNisha and Ms Sangay at the restaurant keeping an eye on guest needs and responding promptly. Attention required on the occupancy of the room if the room has 3 guests than the toiletries n towel has to be provided as per the same but we hav to call them for the same. but overall it was excellent and highly recommended. My next stay in gangtok will be at THE MAPLE RESIDENCY... 

Perfect Location in Gangtok

Cosy hotel . Was lucky to get room number 301 . It's a corner room , having city view and valley view . Rooms are decently sized . The furnitures have an aesthetic value . Matress is comfortable to sleep over at night . 

Mr. Lawrence and Mr. Yograj manages housekeeping and front office very well . Ms Nisha takes care of F&B section excellently . 

An excellent for 3 nights . M G Marg is 15 min walking from there . While going to MG Marg , take a taxi (as there are 2 steep ascent ) .

Take a shared taxi to Ranka taxi stand Rs 20 per head and from there 5 mins walking to M G Marg . While walking back , easily walk down wil take down 12-15 min .

I required Coke , which the hotel didn't have . The housekeeping staff brought it for me at correct price .

Food was good both veg and non veg . Breakfast spread was more or less ok .

Overall , a good experience !!

Home away from home 

Very good hotel with large spacious comparatively clean room with fresh bedding and linen . good buffet bfast and dinner. located along Nh10 will visit again....expansive reception. courteous staffs. 37 room quaint boutique hotel property  

Good hotel located in Gangtok sikkim  

Excellent service provided by the staff. Good location and very nice staff, welcoming and very helpful. Felt like home. Customer service provided by the team was very good. Helped us in every possible way while out stay was in hotel for 4 days.

This was my worst experience with any hotel. I did the bookings as well as full payment way in advance,yet was denied check-in simply because of their reservation manager's incompetency. I was with my husband and 7 year old daughter, we were tired after a 6 hour drive with heavy rains as well as 1 hour traffic jam. Mr. Mihir made it sure that I had to run pillar to post to get a room that I had already paid for. Food is ordinary, please call room service. The breakfast and dinner buffet are simply hopeless.

only good thing was restaurant staffs behave and breakfast..while dinner was horrible..
I won't suggest anyone to stay here..
this hotel have high rate and poor quality..

Don't waste ur money here

The hotel is well furnished with good amenities, hospitality and staff.
The Restaurant is sufficient with a small bar aswell.. the food served is commendable.
The staff is soft spoken and helping. Gangtok is osam place and the people like these make it worth stay.

Osam stay

Well, My husband booked the Diazzo Oaks Hotel to celebrate my birthday (11th Nov) but as we drive all the way from Siliguri to gangtok in our zoomcar we got late (blame the pathetic road condition) and reached around 3PM and guess what we got a welcome drink and got a room which was not what we booked. (it was too small). My husband and I got really disappointed and had a word with the manager who was very helpful and arranged another room for us in THE MAPLE RESIDENCY (which they claimed was theirs). Anyway, so we settled in and got a lovely room (room 201) with an awesome balcony and amazing view (of course they took upgrade charges of rupees 1500 despite the fact that we booked a suite online with a prepayment done) . Anyway, the hotel is 1 km from the MG market and is on the main road so you will not face any issues finding it. the view from the balcony is serene and you could hear the sound of a waterfall, My husband got the flower arrangements done with the help of the staff and the decoration was just remarkable. Room Service was good. Although we had to call room service for minute issues but all-in all it was a good experience and we enjoyed our stay. I should mention that we got out money's worth. what a pleasant stay it was!!! Guys you just made my day perfect!!! :) Highly recommend this for Honeymooners and couples.

Awesome room and great food.....specially the Dinner Buffet

We stayed two nights in this hotel as part of a Thomas Cook tour package. The premises and rooms were good. As in most mountain town hotels, parking space is almost nil. [In any case, it is better not to take a car when visiting mountain towns like Gangtok and Darjeeling. Besides lack of parking space, driving on mountain roads require special skills and etiquette, knowledge of the routes (Google Maps may not work due to poor connectivity) and slow traffic in most towns.] We didn't see any other guests. The meals (except idli at breakfast) and the service were good; however, it will help if you tell the hotel about your plans and needs. We needed pack lunches on the second day, which was made well and provided on time early morning. I think there is no lift in the hotel.
