We stayed for a week in the three bedroom apartment here.  It was really convenient for Fort Kochi, walking distance from 3 great restaurants, the Old Lighthouse Bristow Hotel, Dal Roti and Oceanos.  All the sights of Fort Kochi were in easy reach on foot or by tuk tuk.

The rooms were clean and well-equipped, all with bathrooms.  There was a small kitchen and a comfortable sitting/dining area.  The windows were all effectively protected from Kochi’s many mosquitos by fine netting.

Varghese was really friendly and helpful - on hand to deal with any issues and to recommend activities but never intrusive.

The other two bedroom apartment opened immediately onto the lovely shared roof garden, useful for sunbathing and drying washing.  We had to access it via and outdoor staircase but this wasn’t inconvenient.

The flat was excellent and good value for money.  We really loved it and it was an ideal spot from where to explore Kochi.

The term ‘Sea View’ was pushing it a bit though!

Exactly What we Wanted

NIce, clean, good+ service.

We stayed on the "penthouse" which is roomy - 2 bedrooms + living area- and there is a big-big terrace just in front of the apartment. But notice that the terrace is for all people staying in the house,so you need to keep curtains on for the privacy. And lso to prevent the heat of the sun.

When gettting to the "penthouse"  there is quite a steep staircase. But te apartment is worh while climbing! A huge terrace looking to the Naval base (and sea).  

- Varghese (THE landlord) speaks perfect english and will help you with any request you might have. He is the most dedicated customer service person.
- 2 big bedrooms, each with king ( not sure of the size, anyway big) size hard beds. . 
- each room has a fan on the cealing + A/C. Big bonus for A/C is that they're not dirty and smelly.
- each  bedroom can be locked separately
- Big bahrooms on both bedrooms and a lot, lot of very hot water
- so many TV-channels (english speaking)
- possibility of ordering breakrast and lund/dinner to the room
- WiFi worked well and was quis enough for holiday

Locaton is perfet, only 5 min lazy walk from the Fort Kochi Beach and main attractions.
If you don't want to walk just take a tuk-tuk and negotiate the price. 

And the last for the best: Varhese is selling water at a ver desent price at the apartment, no need carry the heavy load from tha "city"

Vargehese - the manager - replied to our mail quicly when we were even planning our stay. He gave accurate advices and helped us in many ways. Even on our stay he was "always there".

Good location, good upkeeping / hyvä sijainti, siisti

John is a very pleasant host and did his very best to make us feel welcome. Can only recommend staying with him.  No surprises or anything missing.  This was our first visit to India and our first stop on a one month journey. None of the places we have been to since can match Sea View Apartments. All was according to our expectations.  You must try the rolls from Dal Roti!

Perfect start on our Kerala adventure

Sea View Apartment is located in a very calm and accessible place in Fort Kochi. Fort Kochi Sea beach can be seen from the 2nd floor of this apartment, still this place looks so quiet. 
It has 2 and 3 BHK apartments which are really spacious and clean. More than the ambience I like the owner, Varghese, who was very helpful during our stay there. His polite nature and ready to accommodate all our requests has made our stay a very pleasant experience.
This apartment has a full fledged kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, AC and Hot water round the clock. It has ample parking space to park 2 cars inside.

An awesome place to Stay in Fort Kochi

It was a lovely experience staying there. the location of this place is wonderful, its away from the crowd and noises and still close to all the major attractions. Its close to the beach, got some really good hotels around it. They offer different room options so u can pick one suitable for you. All are reasonably priced and the service is good. You can get homely meals, will have a shared kitchen and dining area. Over all a very comfortable stay.
