Raintree lodge is a good hotel to stay in Fort Kochi. Hotel entrance gives a picturesque view of forest(creepers) and attract tourists and photographers. It's a small and old hotel with limited number of rooms in a quite street of fort kochi. Room was quite big with old furnitures which gives a old world charm. We have not opted for breakfast or dinner, hence have no idea about the food. The best part of this hotel is the location. The streets in and around this hotel  gives a  very classy feel, surrounded by beautiful gardens, cafes and restaurants. 
One small change required is the repairing of furnitures like chairs and table,which are in a bad shape. 
Overall a good stay. 

A good place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood

Raintree lodge was a great find.  The exterior is very pretty, and the location is great for exploring Fort Kochi (a two-minute walk from Princess Street).  The price is very reasonable for what was on offer (and compared to a lot of other hotels in Fort Kochi).  Rooms are compact but perfectly comfortable, and the bathrooms are well designed in that taking a shower does not flood the whole loo.  A very minor gripe is that the rooms could be soundproofed a little better against street noise.  

As previous reviews mention, the first floor rooms are better than the ground floor as a lot of tourists tend to take pictures outside the hotel.  There is no on-site restaurant - however, there are many excellent restaurants and cafes within a five-minute walk of the hotel.

Would happily visit again.

Excellent location, very reasonable price

Don't know how to start and share in words. It's a really pleasant stay in RainTree - Fort Kochi. They have maintained well, especially the exterior with the creepers. Really superb. The staffs were very friendly and assisted well.

We stay here for a couple of days the place is amazing best architecture and you get a vintage feel with all the antiques and paintings there ,the best place to stay in kochi, with the plants on the all and the balcony its just amazing

We really enjoyed the stay,,cute hotel and chill vibe,,,located in the main area and have the easy access to all the art cafés out there,,,nice home stay people and nice service,,,nice furniture and antiques

Amazing experience

I always stay at the Raintree when I'm in Kochi each year. It's a cute small hotel, very clean with tasteful artwork on the walls. Close to everything. Jude, the manager,  was very helpful with the booking and his staff quickly responded to a blown light bulb in my room.  I can definately recommend Raintree.  I will be back next year for sure.

Its like second home for us…. It’s in the heart of FK … yet so peaceful n serene ….

Absolutely serene atmosphere, very polite staff, best photography place,The beach is very close and you do not have to travel long distances to buy important specialties,nice and well cleaned hotel ,i am happy to spend my best time here with you

High hospitality and comfy stay. Gokul was a pleasant host and very much helpful. Highly recommend this. Best in fortkochi. Easy approach to main cafes. Quiet place and one of a hell photoshoot place for every type of people.

Had a memorable stay on the occasion of my wife's 60th birthday celebration on April 10th 2021..The ambiance was awesome &the hospitality -remarkable..Children & grandson made the function colourful. 
Surely I can suggest the place for my friends & relatives.
