We highly recommend Alessandra Hotel where we spent 2 lovely nights. The staff were really friendly & so helpful.. We were very pleased with the breakfast area, service, spacious rooms.. Location was within walking distance from the train station & close to the main attractions.. We would definitely stay there again .

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is well maintained. The beds were very firm, too firm for my liking. The food was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset.

Beautiful room, excellent location. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful ringing ahead for our next travel stop! After initial difficulties in locating the correct floor the hotel was located on the 2nd ... there is a lift which does not go all the way to the ground level. An outstanding hotel which deserves to be found if you look up! Hospitaliyt exellent 

Room service and stay was excellent. However, we were not that satisfied with the restaurant. Did not get much options in veg and fish. And that too most of the items were unavailable. Hope to see some improvements on that front next time.

A decent hotel near ksrtc bus station. Thoughh small rooms but clean and tidy. linens are comfort and clean. Food is tasty. Service is ok. Friendly staffs. check in and check out was quick. Safe. prime location. A restaurant is present at the same compound which caters tasty food and the ambiance of the hotel was so amazing 

Ammazing

The maids ensured my room was immaculate on a daily basis  and the receptionist was very friendly and  also extremely helpful.❤️I was very impressed by all of the staff with in the hotel , even when I asked if the could organise hiring a tuxedo for the evening they were able to arrange everything

Excellent service

We spent two mighthere on business and I must say that everything was excellent the location of the hotel is quiet close to my destination as well as some other business center in the city as for the room even though being small but  it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable I would definitely recommend this hotel to other having a business trip however this hotel might not suit those enjoying a family trip due to lisht limited room space

Wonderfull experience

I made a booking Along with my friends . A total of 5 rooms were booked and advance of 9500 was paid and due to covid and against govt regulations to refund all advance booking its been a year they are not responding. Its very shameful for such a firm where all other hotels in that locality have already returned but vsyhak is not responding to his customers . even their manager is playing around still.
I am still in possession of their invoice or bills.
