The rooms are small, dirty and hot.
The fan in our room was barely working and it had no Windows. 
The guaranteed WiFi connection was only working at the reception unless we went there to ask them to plug it near our room, every time we wanted it.
Evan for the cheapest place in town, it's still bad.

Worst place I've got to so far

There was a window missing to our room where the air cooler had fallen out, so mosquitoes and bugs could fly right in. No water from the hand basin tap. The bed sheets were dirty with hair and stains when we arrived. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned EVER. Dirty plates were left in the passage outside our room. No privacy between bathrooms and we could hear everything going on next dooor. The rooms overlook a desolate wasteland and the staff sat outside on the street blowing a whistle until 1am when I had to ask them to be quite!
