This hotel was tried by me for the first time and it was not at all comfortable. Especially the people at the main desk were not at all bothered to give good services. The walls of room were smelling as if they are damp.They were damp.. Bedding was not changed for long. Complementary  breakfast was there but with only one item served in room.

Uncomfortable stay at hotel Sapphire

One of the worst hotel, I have ever stayed in. The best class of room "Executive AC Room" are cubical of 8*10 feet with damp walls, fungus over walls and musty smell.
Bed linen were not changed for many days and were very dirty. Towels were not supplied because dry towels were not available. 
Bathroom not having any exhaust. For hot water a 10L capacity instant geyser with separate open fitting & tap was installed. This was not connected to shower and wash basin. Only toiletry supplied was one small soap.
Hotel does not have a restaurant. Complimentary breakfast  was only two Alu Parathas or Puri Bhaji (any one) supplied in room.
This was the condition of the best category of rooms they have "Executive AC" other category "Standard Non AC" and "Deluxe AC"  are even worse.

Pathetic - avoid at any cost

This time I booked the room through oyo rooms.  Checked in at 11.30 pm. Hotel is nearby habibganj railway station approx 1.5 kms away. I was provided room no. 204 . geyser n flush of the room was not working. In the morning they provided me room no.209 which was more spacious. The room was neat n clean. Morning breakfast for day 1 was poha, aaloo ka paratha with curd, tea and coffee and one more item. Breakfast for day 2 was poha, veg cutlet, bread and butter, tea and coffee. Over all it was nice expirence.

Decent hotel

I have stayed here plenty of times and this was another stay. The food there is good in quality and quantity. Rooms are always neat and clean. Service is good and also the people managing it.
In all, it has always been a pleasant stay there.
