Stayed in the property with my family - perhaps the only mistake I made was in not checking for sure if a slightly larger family could fit in.  The rooms are not exceptionally large but they are comfortable for a small family looking for budget accommodation.  One can't really get much in a crazy traffic ingested city like Bangalore - but this one is a real value for money.  It is right across the JayaPrakash metro station (which is good once the metro starts).  What lacks in space is more than made up for by the absolutely FANTASTIC AND VERY HELPFUL TEAM.  The service provided by the team there, especially Mr. Ismail (if I got that name correct) are a very nice and helpful lot.  They made our stay not just comfortable, but helped us feel like we were home.  No request was turned down - no matter how crazy it sounded! The management really should do better to take care of the property though and should definitely do a lot to keep the current team in place.  If anyone returns to the property, it will be because of Mr. Ismail and his team.

Great service from a great team, value for money - good for small families - just decent rooms though :(

The Kingsize bed in room number was 308 was comfortable . The staff was corporative but the in charge didn't want to give the receipt for the stay even after insisting.
The floor was dirty and aircon made lot of noise .When I entered the room it was full of mosquitoes and one can hear the traffic noise throughout the night .The toilet seat was covered with pee from pervious guest. I couldnt have my breakfast as it came late.It is good for the money u pay and good for very short stay , The surrounding location of the hotel is average

Good for over night stay

I was amazed after looking at the rooms, didn't expect the rooms to be that good as the prices were really low. Anyways I think they were understaffed because the service was quite slow. I ask for breakfast at 9 a.m and nothing arrives till 10:20 and as soon as I go down I see the boy bringing the breakfast up so there was no point of screaming but the coffee was ice cold so was the dosa.

Stayed for a single day , coz rooms are so dirty. Rooms are small, AC not working. Staff is not responding to phone calls, room keeping is poor. Totally unfriendly staff and manager too. Also ordered morning breakfast which was so poor.

Terrible

Visited this hotel for a 6 day stay with my mother. And instead of checking in- cancelled booking at the front desk and walked out.

The entrance of the hotel and the building have clearly seen much better days and is completely run down. There is a tiny reception. The room showed to us had again clearly seen better days. There was a run down sash of Oyo on the bed.

While the room was itself clean, there was a strange smell in the room. Stained walls in the bedroom and bathroom added to the woes.

You have to prepay for the complete duration of the stay. So in case I want to check out earlier... not possible unless I forego the complete booking value.

What created the major issue however was that as we were checking in a boy came with a gir and wanted a room for a couple of hours. The hotel was okay as long as both have ID proofs. The boy said that the girl does not and he would be willing to pay “extra” if they just give the room. The person at the reception said that they have regular police raids and would get them into trouble. 

A hotel clearly not for the purpose of a family stay, business trip or with kids and elders. May be satisfying the need for a certain segment and requirement but would strongly recommend against for anything else.

Stay Away...

The worst place i have ever stayed.the hotel staff is really rude.i request everyone not to opt this hotel.they are really not polite in the way they speak.plz never go for this hotel by spending so much money.the wrst hotel.
