Octave Hotel & Spa JP Nagar

Landed up at this hotel quite by accident. Had a last minute cancellation at the original booking so got this one. I arrived here with my mother with zero expectations. And have been very impressed. The rooms are very clean, have all the amenities which any 5 star would have, cable TV, electric kettle, clean comfortable beds and linen, extra towels, sheets, pillows as required and extremely helpful staff. It is very central if you are in and around JP Nagar and in easy reach of the Metro as well. The breakfast included in the package comes packed to your room every morning and is very tasty (even though a limited choice) The tea / coffee could do with some improvement as just too sweet and ready made but they provide tea bags in the room so that’s ok. Overall an excellent place to stay in if three for business trips or if you need a good comfortable room to come back to with great hospitality. The entire staff is very very helpful and goes out of the way to make you welcome. A special appreciation for Ravi at the front desk who singularly was the reason I cancelled my other booking and stayed here. Keep up the great work.
