dirty place, not as represented. didn't feel comfortable. and for us the location was really sketchy. And whatever you do make sure you don't go to their jewerly store as they will sell you fake things for very high prices. 

Don't trust them

Overall worst experience ever staying at the property. Highly not recommended at all if you are especially looking out for a nice homestay and traveling along with a family. There are lot of reasons to say so which are summarized below :
A. In the listing there is a modular kitchen which is not functional at all. There is no induction, Gas cooktop, basic utensils. Just a raw kitchen. 
B. In listing there is a TV which is not functional and is a dummy TV.
C. The toilets are in a bad shape. I had to clean the toilet seat on my own. In the washbasin lot of hairs were lying yuk to see that. You don't feel like using the washrooms. Only made use of the washrooms in emergency rest managed when went outside in some restaurants. 
D. The property is located very interior in a remote area approachable by a dirty narrow road which is full of potholes and dirt all around. Not even a single market or shop. You need to travel around 2 kms from the property to come to the nearest local market. Not easy to travel 2 kms on foot or get a local auto or Cabs unless you are lucky to get something booked through OLA or Uber app.
E. The host stays on the ground floor with the family. There are 4 rooms on the 1st floor with common sitting area which has a sofa which is in a bad shape, dinning table with chairs and a non operational kitchen with just RO installed nothing else you will find in the kitchen. You are not allowed to lock the main lobby door. The best what you can do is close your bedroom doors and lock yourself in the room as if you are staying in a hotel. You Don't get a feeling of a guesthouse. Your privacy is at a risk. 
F. The B.Fast was included in the cost of the room rent but you will not be served B. Fast on 1st floor though  there is a common dinning Table with chairs. You need to go down on the ground floor to the host house for having dinner which sometimes really feels awkward and uncomfortable but as per host it is must as he wants to interact with guests. 
G. The property requires lot of maintenance especially the toilet fittings which are in a bad shape, door handles, dampness on the walls,  furniture part. There were cleaniness issues in the property even in the balconies. The reason can be as there is no dedicated servant boy employed for the property. 

H. During my stay while discussing with the host Mr. Mukesh what I realized was that he was not interested much to welcome the Indians and was managing a good business with his international clients. I am surprised to learn that and must say that Mr. Mukesh is really lucky if he is doing so with such type of a property. 
I. Lot of honey bees in balcony especially during late evening when it starts getting dark. You cannot afford to sit or stand in the balcony. My wife get stung by a bee on her legs with terrible pain and swelling. Had to rush downstairs to the host to get few home remedies and medicine.
In my opinion the property is not at all good to stay. Stating with the facts kindly check the pictures.

Horrible Homestay not at all recommended. Got trap seeing the previous nice but fake reviews

We found this homestay extremely comfortable and Mukesh And l company and knowledge was wonderful. Mukesh was our guide for the local attractions, Taj Mahal, Red Fort, mini Taj and he is just so passionate about his city and the history of the whole area. We learned such a huge amount.  His wife Rachna is a fabulous cook and cooked us an array of authentic dishes over the three nights we stayed there.  She also explained how to cook the dishes and gave us a demo on how to make roti. This homestay is on the outskirts of Agra and is therefore very quiet. I would thoroughly recommend this place to stay.

Fantastic host and hostess.

A great way to visit Agra and get closer to the real way of Indian culture and living. Instead of staying in a hotel with no real atmosphere. Mukesh and his family are the best. Always polite, respectful, open arms and a welcome straight from the heart! They make you feel part of their family the minute you enter the door. There is no limit to the hospitality. The food is home cooked and the best, the tea is authentic good Indian Chai and also the best. Very neat and very very clean, no need to worry about anything, everything is taken care of:-)) Just enjoy it!!

Truly lovely family and best place in Agra

I stayed in Sanskriti guesthouse on 14 March for one night only but what an awesome experience. I was warmly welcomed by Mukesh, his wife and son. After 5 minutes I felt like a family friend. After a good and hot shower in a clean and well equipped bathroom, I shared with Mukesh the excellent Indian food that his wife cooked for us (see photo). 
We had all three a great and friendly conversation about India, Europe, people, our kids, life in general. This is the kind of moment when you feel blessed to have met such wonderful persons. After that, I had a great rest in a comfortable and clean bed, in a large and calm room.
I highly recommend this guest house to those who are seeking true contact, in simplicity, with the host family, without excluding impeccable service.

During my visit to Agra and Tajmahal, I have spent two nights in Sanskriti Home Stay. Where i met Mukesh and his family and experienced their hospitality. I would recommend Sanskriti to other travellers too. The room and especially the washroom were so clean. I have travelled a lot around the world and stayed in many homesteads and hostels. India is always known for not too good services until you are not booking a star category hotel. but these people proved my thinking wrong. Thank you so much Mukesh !!

Home Away From Home

We stayed one night at Sanskriti Home Stay. Mukesh and his family were wonderful and welcoming. The room was clean, tidy and well kept. We had a delicious home cooked dinner. It was a shame we only stayed one night. Highly recommend.
