Very good experience, great location, didn't even use public transport. The owner is correct, good-natured, cheerful, can meet and escort to the airport. Price plus quality is very good. Recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in this quiet and interesting building, very close to restaurants, bars and transport.  We walked from here to all the tourist attractions and everything was easy to find.  The owner was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  The apartment had a good quality mattress and all you needed to make yourselves at home, including a seating area and kitchen.  The shops were very close for all your needs.  Overall good value and a very positive experience.

Cosy, Comfortable and Well Located

this is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. updated bathroom and kitchen. had no issues w wifi as other reciews had reported. i would stay again!! staff is very attentive.

Awesome stay!!

We stayed in this apartment which has a lot of history behind it,for nearly one week. Its very big and roomy, bedroom is separate from living /kitchenette area. Kitchenette is fully equipped with everything to cook and prepare meals. There is also a washing machine and iron. Shower is really good with loads of hot water.The apartment is off the main street with other apartments with a courtyard in the middle.Very quiet at night. There is two supermarkets, places to eat and a bar all within a few minutes walking distance, and across the road you can catch the public transport(tram). The owner Andras was very helpful and informative.
Budapest is a beautiful and busy city,with lots to see and do.And it has brilliant public transport, (trams, buses, metro,ect) which is cheap,so its very easy to get around.
We really enjoyed our holiday here and this apartment was very comfortable to stay in.

Excellent location!!

I found this wonderful apartment via Booking.com, a site which I use regularly as it offers smaller apartments more suitable for solo travellers and found Andreas, the owner to be a wonderful host. He emailed as soon as the booking was made to introduce himselt and sent a long list full of tips and hints and things to see and do around the city. I contacted him nearer the time to confirm payment details and duly transferred the funds to his account. As a result when I arrived I found that he had upgraded me. It seems that he keeps a ground floor apartment specially for guests that help him by paying in advance and I had hit the jackpot. 

I must admit that there was a small part of me that was was slightly disappointed not to get the apartment with a mezanine that I had booked, but I soon realised how much better this one was as it meamt there were no stairs to walk up and down, which has to be a good thing.  All of his apartments are very close to the city centre, and well within walking distance of most things - akthough you may need to get the metro for certain things. They are right on the fringes of the student area which means that etaing out is muich better value for money. There are several metro stations close by if you need them, with a supermarket and bank almost literally across the street.   

The aparment I ended up with was spacious and beautifully furnished with everything I needed, facing inwards around a large central courtyard. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water with plugs and sockets all in the right places for charging phones and so on. The best feature was the wonderful wooden cabinet with ornate mirror behind it which once mounted will make a spectacular feature - Andreas explained it is so heavy that he needs four friends to help him lift it. Budapest is a beautiful and very safe city for a woman travelling alone and Andreas provided a welcoming place to retreat back to at the end of a day with friendly Hungarian hospitality, I really couldn't have asked for any more.

Small flat is clean and neat,  good location，close to public transportation and supermarket stores. Owner is very helpful providing local information。

Excellent location with tram stop outside, buses and metro 5 mins away.   owner of the apartment was kind and picked us up and took us to the airport for 24euros.   The bed was comfy and the apartment had everything we needed.    We were asked to clean it before we left which was strange request!!   I left it cleaner than we found it and dusted the furniture and cleaned the glasses.    The apartment is an older style with high ceilings.  It was dark in the main living area as the main window looked out on to the side street.  Overall a good stay

it is a good place, nearby there are many markets, i suggest  you the penny market. However, in front of the building you can find the tram that is always open 24h. So ypu have all you need to spend good holidays in Budapest.

Good stay

Location is fabulous. Amenities are few yards from the Appartment. Walking distance to most landmrks. All in all an unforgetable and really enjoyable ten days holiday during Christmas and new year.Could not adk for more.
