Loved our stay at the tilos fantasy apartments ,the rooms are very spacious exceptionally clean with good air conditioning beds are comfortable. Location is great just out of the village with great views.
However what really made our stay was the kindness of nikos and katerina exceptionally friendly and helpful . Getting to and from the port was easy as we were given a lift both ways .
This was our 3rd visit to tilos and if we visit again we would definitely stay at tilos fantasy thanks again loved our stay

Wonderful stay at tilos fantasy

Very clean hotel with amazing owners. Nikos and Katerina are very professional. The hotel is located 300m from the main square where you have everything you need. The beach is 500m from the hotel. You can use free bikes at the hotel to move around the Livadia. Rooms are equiped with kitchen , air conditioner, LED TV and very good internet connection.

If you seek quiet holidays, view of Tilos from above, a super nice and friendly host, a shadowy, old tree at the yard, a cosy, very clean room with all the necessary equipment and all that in a super value for money price, then that's the place for you!!
That was the best choice for our holidays, we dream to go back there again soon....

A small trasure a bit away from the crowd..

What a wonderful gem of a little family run hotel in quiet, picturesque  Livadia settings in the foothills of Tilos. Mountain views, sea views and a lovely garden. Friendly and personal communication with Nicklas and his family. Nicklas will go out of his way to make you feel at home.The studios are well equipped and very spacious.
Tilos - and Tilos Fantasy - ……it just does not get any nicer.

It’s not Fantasy, it’s real!!!

We spent a week at Tilos Fantasy. And it was a wonderful week! Nice ultraclean spacious apartment with full kitchen, balcony,  wifi and cleaning every day. Nicholas and his family were great and friendly hosts who gave us a feeling of being home.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great quiet apartment hotel.

Just returned from or 2nd visit to tilos and our 1st to tilos fantasy. Fantastic view amazing apartment everything you need Nicos and Katerina great hosts and very helpful very quiet location and lovely garden I would highly recommend. Fantastic

This was our second visit to Tilos and to Tilos Fantasy. I thoroughly recommend it as a peaceful and relaxing setting. The rooms are very well-equipped and particularly spacious. Its location is perfect: it has great views and it is close enough to the town with its amenities but providing a healthy short walk home to burn off some of the calories of a delicious taverna dinner! Nikos and Katerina are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are extremely friendly. Their two small sons are a delight and you are made to feel part of the family. 

Home from home

If you are looking for luxurious vacations, then don't choose Tilos! But should you are interested in relaxing, blending in with the locals and having tranquil holidays near crystal clear beaches and great food...then that's your choice!
Tilos Fanstasy rooms are spacious, new and super clean. Owners are very welcoming, eager to help you and give you hints about the island. The wifi, is not working at all rooms, but that's not a problem at all! Go and spend some time under the trees at the yard and use the wifi there! 
I WOULD DEFINITELY GO THERE AGAIN!

Super clean and tidy! An absolute must-stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tilos Fantasy apartments. The apartment was very well equipped, clean and spacious with a lovely view from the balcony. Our host Nicholas was most helpful and friendly and went out of his way to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed our Greek coffee under the big tree one evening - thank you!
