The villa is located above Skopelos town, around 5 mins by car or a reasonable walk (around 30 mins or so). It is in the most lovely peaceful location with wonderful views.There are beautiful pine trees surrounding the villa and pool. The owners were incredibly nice, and came to pick us up from the port. The rooms were lovely and clean, and good quality furniture - I think the photos possibly don't do them justice. We also had a big terrace where we sat drinking wine or having breakfast. Overall we had a really lovely stay here and I would definitely recommend a stay here if you are looking for somewhere quiet and relaxing. 

This family-run vacation rental is the best value for money choice if you consider to visit Skopelos- only5 min. from central port- where all the bars and resaturants are. The view of the port is spectacular as it is located on a hill,fully green and very quiet .The rooms are fully- equipped with kitchen, microwave and all the necessary kitchen tools, WC is very spacious. A/C is also available. The owners are very friendly and are actively managing the place, offering help all the time. The rooms are very clean-new towels everyday-. There is also a swimming pool where children can play.
Minor drawback, the road to the hotel is a dirt road, but when you get there you forget everything

That place was a real pleasant surprise for us! Extremely clean, great service - the owners are very friendly and positive thinking -, great view and good location. The rooms are very well kept (cleaned daily, towels also changed daily) and full of whatever you may need especially in the kitchen. The building is situated amongst trees with great shadow and you can also enjoy the swimming pool which is situated in front of the rooms. The place is very quiet and you may reach the vilalge center within 10min by car. 

The only tricky thing is the road leading to the building, which is quite uphill with big turns and without asphalt. However, the whole experience will compensate you for the extra effort to get there. 

The price is really reasonable and competitive for the services offered. I would really recommend staying at this place.

Nice isolated villa in the middle of the mountain (you won't have too many neighbors and it will absolutely quiet, only the sounds of nature and the billions of stars above you), huge rooms, cleaning every day, gorgeous view to the port, a swimming pool, a hospitable owner. The only difficult part is the road up there, but you can get used to it. Very romantic place for a couple.

The rooms are very spacious (like a proper apartment) with terrace and well maintained. The kitchen is really fully equiped with everything you would need in case you decided to cook. 

The cleaning of the rooms is superb! They clean the room daily, chaning towels daily (which by the way spell great), changing the sheet every two days! 

The pool is also very clean and well maintained. There are sunbeds for use/ 

The location of the property is in the middle of trees, in high altitude and with great view of the skopelos town. However, the access is a bit tricky as you need to go up an uphill road without asphalt where there are also several turns. 

The owners of the property are really kind, always willing to help you out on where to go and what to do. 
The price is very competitive for what they offer. 

Would visit the place again!
