Ideal location in Skopelos right across the road from the sea and bathing area in Skopelos town , very central. 
What a wonderful family ! Eleni is so kind and helpful with a great dry sense of humour and her homemade cakes at breakfast are delicious ! I’ve had a very relaxed and happy 3 weeks. The hotel is spotless and  I was lucky enough to have a room with sea view . I highly recommend this hotel.

Within easy walking distance of the ferry, the friendliest and most helpful people, fresh, clean accommodation, we hired a superb little car from their own hire company, eDrive, downstairs and can happily report that I shall be going back there again !! First Class experience in Skopelos Town !!

Wonderful hotell, amazing owners, great location in the center of Skopelos. The room is great considering the price we are paying. Clean and joyful. Highly recommended if you are visiting Skopelos and want to have an easy living.

Great

Great location near the port, close to shops, bars and restaurants. It seemed old, and with no renovation to look modern. Poor decoration and services. We stayed three nights and we only used it for bath and sleep. At least the stuff was friendly

Location!

Clean and owners who run it are very very friendly. Has many drawbacks like, no elevator and many stairs to climb, no breakfast is served and even water has to be purchased across the street. It is However, value for money. Prefer the front rooms that have a view to the port. 

Centrally located 

I came to this hotel in the evening having been gazumped by the original hotel I'd booked and then having been sent to a truly awful hotel which I promptly left. There was a festival in town and most town centre hotels were full but luckily the Eleni had a room for me, for which I was most grateful. The lift didn't work and I was two flights up but the room was good and spacious. The ceiling was high making the room airy. Though the hotel is quite dated the bathrooms are new as are the balcony railings. I had a side view to the sea. The bed was comfortable and the room was cleaned every day. Wi-Fi in the room and on the balcony was good. There's a fridge in the room. The hotel is just on the end of the port promenade, and is seconds away from the bus station, from where you get the bus for the beaches.  The hotel doesn't do breakfast but there's an excellent bakery/cafe next door. The staff were helpful and friendly, especially Magda on reception, who was most kind.

Pleasantly Surprised

We were pleased with our stay here. It was a last-minute deal so we got what I think is one of the cheaper rooms, but it was clean and comfortable. We didn't have a balcony like in the photographs but there is access to an outside courtyard area with table/chairs where you can sit with a glass of wine! The air-conditioning was included which was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, and very helpful. Beds were changed twice during our week, towels three times! The shower was typically Greek- handheld but nothing we couldn't manage. 
Though near to the Harbour and town with ferries coming in, it never felt too noisy.
Lovely. Recommended.

Little Gem

We were very satisfied with this facility. We paid 45 euros a night for 3 nights for a room that was worth this money. The room was very large, with a huge veranda, a king-size bed, and a recently refurbished bath. Very close to the city center, the port, a large supermarket and the bus stop. Quite convenient I'd daresay.
The owner, Eleni was very helpful with everything we needed. 
The other thing that we liked is that, although it is located in the town, it was very quiet.

Definitely a hotel that deserves a look. We enjoyed it very much!

Worth every penny!

Great location, very good price for an hotel of this kind. The staff was very very nice and helpful, always with a smile. It's located right in front of the port where to catch the ferry to other islands or mainland. It's right nearby the port where there are all the touristic bars and restaurants (which we are usually not very fond of) but if you walk about 5 to 7 minutes tops on the other side, you will find a great tavern / "tsipouria", very traditional, with local people singing, mainly "occupied" by greek people - don't know the name, and can't find it here on TA either :( - 

Anyway, this is a really great choice for it's price. By the way, the picture here and on Booking.com, where it looks like a very sad building on the top os a "rent-a-car"... looks very different in "real life". :)

Each room has a small balcony, where you can have a lovely breakfast or a great evening beer, if you buy some on the local supermarket (2 / 3 minutes walking).
