My partner and I stayed here for three nights. It is on the main road but there is plenty of parking space on the grounds. To access the beach you either need a car or go through the back land to some other people's property. However, as we were here to explore sithonia, going by car was no problem, especially as this was really the only way to access the main beaches. It's also better to have a car available as nearby amenities require you to have a car to get there (restaurants, supermarkets). From what I could tell by the typical accommodation in the area this is normal. The place itself is very clean with very friendly owners. There is a garden round the back with basic garden toys for children, and an outdoor bbq set and dining tables and chairs. The price we paid was also very good and worth it for what we got. I would recommend this place if you have no issues needing a car to go to the main places.
