This place was superb, staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you . The pool was also fantastic and so quiet with heaps of Loungers 
We were lucky enough to get room 1 which has the most incredible view . 
I would recommend getting a quad bike to go see other parts of this beautiful island but you can also walk into the lovely village of Akrotiri which has great tavernas . 
Honestly it was such a terrific place to be and we can’t wait to go back just next time stay for longer.

Terrific in every way

This place is amazing. It's center along a side of cliff and has the best views from the room. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. It's quit, not a lot of people know about this hotel. I would definitely recommend. 

A Best Kept Secret

Positives- stunning views from rooms and pool, breakfast good and beautiful views from dining area,  staff excellent especially Petya who was so friendly and helpful, peaceful location
Negatives- rooms had little niggles eg toilet leaked, shower holder loose - it could easily have been so much better, internet not good, poor soundproofing - noise from other rooms and from family apartment underneath

We had a marvelous stay at Villa Maria. Our room was lovely and Petya is so servicial and kind!!
The breakfast was very very good and the views from the hotel to the Caldera are amazings. Anda the pool... Wow!!
A calm hotel in a unique place in Santorini for taking a rest and enjoying the island. 

Amazing stay

We would like to thank for three beutiful days spend in this nice villa. Our family apartment was very pleasant with the best view on the caldera.  It is indescribable when you open the door to the balcony and see all this beauty from the bed. 

Big thanks to Ms Božena and to Petya for their kindness and helpfulness. 
Hopefully we will be back soon.

Pure relax with incredible view

We had a junior suite. The view from both the room and the balcony was of the caldera. The lights of the cities were visible from the bed. The panoramic view of the whole rest of the island was incredible. Being somewhat isolated was wonderful but you might want to rent a car. There are lots of things to do around Akrotiri, but to do any of them by bus would be difficult. The rest of the island by bus would also be a challenge. However, being away from the hordes of cruise ship passengers is a blessing. For the price of a single night in Imerovigli, you can stay a week out here. Getting to the town of Akrotiri is about a 10 minute walk. There are several good restaurants there and a store, if you want to buy your own food. 
The people from the hotel are all extremely nice and very helpful. Breakfast is really good. The air conditioning worked great.
The pool is incredible. You could sit there all day and watch the boats come and go, the birds flying on the thermals right in front of you. Perfect!
