She assisted us in the booking and answered all our queries with no delay. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our booking due solely to the COVID-19 travel restrictions in Spain, and regardless of that, Kosmitis Hotel did not hesitate at all regarding giving our refund back. They fully understood the situation and provided us with a full refund of our upfront payment. Rania and the hotel have been an absolute pleasure to deal with - if this level of service is provided prior to getting to the hotel, I can only imagine how exception the service at the hotel would be. We hope to re-book our holiday soon and have the chance to finally go to what seems like a wonderful, wonderful family run hotel. Thank you Rania for all your kindness and assistance!
