Last minute decision to have a holiday. Little available on a budget and found Camping Paleokastritsa . Arrived and was met by lovely reception staff that stayed consistent throughout the duration of the holiday. Basic site clean and friendly. Walk to central Paleokastritsa 35 mins to the Monastery and furthest beaches 50 minutes. 
Road not family friendly very busy at times. 
Restaurants ok typical Greek fayre. Noticed prices have risen so standard main 14-16 euro.
Overall good week but would choose Kefalonia for accessibility and locations. Scenery stunning on walk to village above Paleokastritsa .
Great hosts thank you To hot without Air con only negative but we knew that before travelling

Camping Paleokastritsa Hot Ho Hot

We were staying here with my family for a couple nights in a Tent! At least, we were going to. But our flight from Denmark was cancelled and The camping Paleokastritsa make us PAY 40 euros in compensation ( our other camping reservations understood the situation, sure) We are travelers and This was a recent unpleasant experience which unfortunately highlights a common service fail. So bad Customer Service!!!

AMZING STAY

We spent 2 nights there sleeping in hammocks - not that easy to find an appropriate places to be honest, because of the distance between trees and their width - but still possible :) Very nice atmosphere in the camp, the ladies from the service were one of the nicest people we've met there, very helpful and charming :) I think, the bathrooms were pretty clean and comfortable. Just remember to check the opening hours of reception, when e.x. you wanna leave your luggage there (yes you can do it) or so. You can also boil water (inside the reception) and charge your devices in front of the door of the reception. The bus stop is on the opposite side of the road. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

amazing place, amazing ladies from the service, chill and clean

We spent 6 nights in this beautiful place in Paleokastritsa and they were memorable. 
The place is really big and we had our own spot right at the entrance, big enough to fit our tent and car. 
We really appreciated how clean it is and the fact that the toilets and showers are spacious. Also the hospitability of the reception is worth mentioning and the fact that they have a huge supermarket where you can find anything you can dream about (even international food and beverages) and the opening hours are very good.
The place however is quite far from the beach and the center of the village so it is best if you come by car. 
Evwn though this specific area from Corfu is quite an expensive one, the prices at the camping are very decent and there is also electricity if you need it.
I totally recommend it!

Levely place with lots os shadow

This camp was really great. The receptionist was so kind and helpful! We rent a tent with beds there- it was comfortable, The toilets and showers were clean. There were trees above so there wasn't such heat.
