To begin with, all the staff of the whole resort was absolutely rude and unprofessional. We were literally kicked off the beach by a member of staff for putting our belongings on the sand and not in their hammock, while he shouted at us and hit our belongings.

We were not given any facility where we could leave our luggage after the check out until the time of our flight (from 12am to 12pm) and we were forced to pay 200€ for an extra night just to have our suitcases save.

The food of the restaurant was awful, as well as the breakfast, having been sick a few times after having lunch there and pretty expensive for what it was.

Finally and most important, it was dirt EVERYWHERE you looked around, bugs in every single corner and spots in the bed, blanket, curtains and pillows (see photos attached). We didn’t even had our room cleaned with the beds made any single day.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone in no way. It should be ilegal to provide this kind of service.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Old hotel, which strongly needs a facelift. Aircon is weak. Check in staff is everything but welcoming. 
Sun beds are cheap and service there is bad. 
Only for party goers who don't get to bed before 2am as the basses from the music are very loud. 
Clearly never again.

Only for people who sleep after 2am.

The resort rooms were not clean. The floor felt dirty as soon as we got there and there was sand in the shower. The breakfast included was horrible! The man at reception was rude and did not help us much. However if you’re looking for somewhere cheap to party it is the place it’s very fun at night, 2 for 1 cocktails and the beach beds are really nice but you have to pay $50

Let’s start ….. visited Mykonos twice in the past and thought first class in every way thus keen to return with my daughter. 

previously paid a premium willingly …. affluent, sophisticated … my kind of place, and had such an enjoyable holiday.

arrived in Mykonos a day late via Düsseldorf …. firstly noticed that for one reason or another my accommodation rate had increased c £250 …. for a 4 night stay …
accommodation was perfect …. felt safe …. increased rate a little concerning but didn’t want it to cloud holiday….

moved on to Paradise Beach club for two night break ….. 

total rip off …. extortionate price for room with a view …..(see photos) c£130 per night
….. in addition had a drink of water and experienced stomach cramps snd was bed ridden for the first eve ….
…. wi-fi kept breaking up….
….. when arrived popped down to Beach at 2pm … sun bed guy asked for 25 euros a sun bed excluding umbrella! …
….. can’t wait for the 2nd day ….. really upset ….

Can’t wait for Santorini ….

Very bad hotel. Photo's are misleading. My room overlooked on sewerage pipes. When I complained manager told me that is what I get because I booked a  standard  room. No maintenance being done on hotel. Wi-fi almost never work in rooms. Very rude manager - expect no help from her in any way. I would never recommend place. No value for money. You will most definitely be wasting you money when booking there. Only positive is staff is really friendly. They make up for incompetent manager

We paid €250 a night and I’ve never stayed in a worse hotel/hostel. There were so many issues. The room was covered in ants and was not clean. There was no proper sheets on the beds and the room was never cleaned during our stay, they just left fresh towels on the bed. The staff at reception were so rude when enquiring about facilities. I would avoid at all costs unless you want to end up sick (from the breakfast and the AC unit).

Filthy hotel and rude staff

This was out second trip to Roatan and Paradise Resort.   The water is crystal clear. 
 Great restaurants and bars along the beach.

Eloy was wait staff during breakfast.  He took very good care of us.  Very helpful and polite.  Does a great job!!

Nice staff, nice rooms,  great snorkeling

This hotel is probably the worst I’ve stayed in ever. The staff are extremely rude and dismissive. They order you around like a dog and charge you crazy prices like 12£ for breakfast which should be included with the room. The beds are very hard and uncomfortable and the linens are thin like paper. The bathroom shower curtains are also thin and cheap. Would NOT recommend staying here. Nothing good to see here.

Terrible staff and gross rooms

Good for couples/ people who love to party. Beach party is awesome. Party goes on from morning to night. And the beach clubs are a part of the resort. No need to travel for the beach clubs. Good food. Bus service to little mykonos always available outside the resort. 

Nice stay at Paradise Beach Resort

If you love staying at the beach, this is the place to stay. Few steps away from paradise beach. And the bus station is nearby to bring you to mykonos town. Very accessible. The old guy mending the reception was a rude though, but we try not to let him spoil our holiday. Although its near to the clubs, we are able to sleep at night. We stayed in the triple and quadraple room with sea view. U have to buy a drink to use the pool and pay for the sun lounger.
