The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, near to all sightseeings. Nearby is a freeparking area for the residents of the hotel, if you don't find a parking place directly in front of the hotel.
Some rooms of the hotel have been renovated, but we prefered to stay for one night in 2 old rooms (which are cheeper) , as we were passing by to the south. So, I can't judge the new rooms, which propable are much better. The old rooms need  a renovation too, and this is also the management's purpose. 
The stuff is polite, excellent and helpfull.
I liked the city very nuch and I will come back for more days to discover the region of Viotia and I will stay at the same hotel but the next time i will choose definitely the renovated rooms.

JUST IN THE CENTRE OF THE CITY

The hotel is located on the loudest street in Livadia. It’s practically a freeway, cars and motorcycles all night long. The staff is very unfriendly, when someone asks something. They look at you as if they do you a favor for answering. Breakfast is poor. And all that for this price? Value for money is bad, so one should avoid this hotel.

Rude and unfriendly service, loud, bad value for money

During the breakfast we forced!!!!! to leave our table because my little daughter went to refill her milk (6y) and at the end…….the receptionist told us to take a disk to eat in the room!!!!!!!!!!!
P.S. we where not at the football teams tables!!
This is unacceptable !

Unbelievable rude behavior!!!

Have stayed two-three times at this hotel because of the price, and out of necessity. Had a small room with no balcony. Room was OK but the front desk staff would not care less if you need to ask a question or anything whatsoever. The whole thing is check-in/check-out - get out of here. Never felt welcomed. The only descent people I met there were the housekeepers who were nice, helpful, and friendly.

Unfriendly front desk

We got a renovated room for the price of the standard: well decorated and clean. Breakfast is good with international dishes (eggs and bacon) and traditional Greek biscuits. Staff is nice and welcome. There is a parking few minutes walking from the hotel. Very good price quality ratio

One night stop in Levadia

I have been staying at this hotel once a month for the past year and a half. The wifi signal is always unstable, which is frustrating because I could really use it to go through some work stuff while at the hotel. I ask every time if there is something to be done but they only turn the router off and on again, which only fixes the problem for an hour.

Bad internet service

Pictures are from the renovated 'superior' rooms. If you book a room by Booking.com and don't look at the description you get the old rooms (standard Greek room). Then it's too pricy. We upgraded to a superior room (paid extra), new and clean. Only very bad soundproofing (street noise and TV from adjecent room). Wouldn't recommend

Pricy and misleading

We stayed there for a night when traveling with my husband and daughter. The room was renovated but quite small. Very clean and warm. The balcony was quite small as well but overall it is highly recommended for a short stay in the city center. The breakfast buffet was quite long with variety of traditional and not only goods. We will definitely stay again. 

Nice surprise

Location was great, room a bit cramped but clean. Annoying ticking noise day and night coming through the cupboard. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast sufficient although one morning it was hard to find a seat. Breakfast staff very polite and helpful, unlike concierge. Would think twice about coming again.

Okay for a short stay.

The room was tastefully decorated and furnished. Very comfortable bed and we slept very well. There was a balcony to the street, but double glazing cut out any noise. Two criticisms, No English speaking channels on the TV and no coffee making facility. The lounge area was comfortable with TV. The breakfast room was large any had an outside area. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices. Good coffee, tea and toast making facilities.
