Amazing experience staying in AKTI Studios.
Location is incredible with direct access to the beach, and this area of the beach seemed less crowded than other areas.
The accommodation was very quiet, and we didn't experience any noise from the hectic main street in Nidri. Still located within walking distance of the beach promenade.
Very clean apartment, and the kitchen contained everything we needed.
The beautiful garden is another great thing about this place, and the service from owner and staff was always pleasant.
It's obviously not a 5-star resort, but if you wish to stay in an apartment or studio you get great value for the money.

Amazing experience, great value for money.

Looking for a relaxing last three nights after a three weeks roadtrip we could not have wished for more! Really enjoyed gorgeous Akti Studios. A beautiful and very comfortable newly renovated corner studio at the second floor with a lovely balcony with stunning views over the garden to the beach(es). Very good bed, really good mattresses, spacious bathroom and shower, kitchenette. Zoi and family and the cleanerlady Elizabeth could not have been more welcoming and attentive. It was very peaceful and totally relaxing and only a very short enjoyable walk to the centre. 
We could use the sunbeds to put anywhere in the garden or in the beach. Easy to park the car (in this time of year) on the parking of Akti studios. Will certainly try and stay there again when in the area. 

Everything we wished for

We had lovely apartment no 11 on the 2nd floor with a terrific view to the sea over a picturesque garden from our balcony where we had breakfast every morning.

It was located approx. 400 metres from the center of town in the nicer quieter end of the town and so in easy walking distance. We had our own beach at the bottom of the garden.

Everything was exceptionally clean and the building was in like new condition. The apartment had everything we needed and was well serviced.

Our host, Zoe, was charming and helpful and even took us to the ferry on the day of our departure. It was walkable but we had quite a lot of baggage.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Akti Studios.

Great Studio Apartment in Nydri

Located on the northern quieter side of Nydri just a few minutes walk to town centre are the excellent Akti studios in a perfect location with beautiful gardens bordering the sea. The studios are perfect for a Greek holiday, spotless, and cleaned daily. Nydri is a great location for tours, beaches and ferries. Kitchenettes and balconies allow for a glass of wine at sunset. Communication with the wonderful proprietor Zoe is really good and the small complex is fabulous value for money.

Super accommodation and location

Went here last week in September and had a very relaxing pleasant holiday. It is very well situated for peace and quite yet a short stroll to the shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms are very clean and the manager Zoe is very helpful. I would certainly go back there again. The drive from the airport (Prevesa) takes about 40 mins and costs €55. Typical meal in one of the harbour restaurants is about €30 for 2. I think most of the rooms have meal prep facilities which are good for making breakfast and lunch which is great taken on the balcony looking out to sea.

Great place

Excellent value for the price.
The rooms view is amazing (the sea over the olive garden) and the care of the owner for her clients is very touching.
The beds are very comfortable - after a full day of swimming, they are a bless.
We enjoyed every moment spent there and we recommend to anyone going to Nydri.

Amazing!

Absolutely perfect place to stay. Greece as it used to be. The view is spectacular. Rooms are spotless, Zoe is lovely. The garden is gorgeous. Right down onto the beach. Location is ideal. I would love to go back.

Perfect little jewel of a place.

It was clean,close to the beach,shops and restaurants, nice host and quiet place.
The only problem was the parking: not enough places near the building, so we parked for free at a parking 5 min walk and it was uncomfortable to carry all the stuff we needed for the beach twice a day

Good value

This apartman has beautiful view and located near the beach. You only have to go through the garden and the beach is there. The only problem with the apartman is the bathroom because too small. (But some rooms are renovated and has beautiful and big bathroom) The city center is in a short walk. In my opinion the receptionist and the owner not too talkative and helpful. 

Beautiful view apartman

Good location. As close as you want to be to the noisy strip with everything within a short walking distance. Property has a private beach. Not the best beach you will find  in the area but convenient.
Well equipped room with some of the best internet I have found anywhere on holiday. Internet is very important to me and the rating would have one less point without it.
 Room Clean and everything worked well. Best quality of screen on door to keep bugs out with excellent A/C. Good Tv. Parking was not a problem
Bed comfortable but noisy when playing around. Creak creak. Combine that with thin walls and I can't give this place a excellent rating.
Perfect for families and unhappy married couples
