First of all I certainly don’t agree with any negative comments about the owners, they’re reserved but always to happy to help and friendly when approached.
The rooms were basic but spacious and cleaned regularly with fresh sheets and towels. We always managed to get a lounger at the pool but maybe this was due to the time of year. Dinos pool bar served tasty food at a reasonable price.

Relaxing break in Kos

These apartments are in a perfect location but there is very little Greek hospitality from the owners. The apartment was very clean & adequate, the pool area was great altho apparently they advised against jumping in the pool as it can cause problems with the pump/boiler or something.  We were asked to pay 20 euros for sheets as some milkshake was spilt. The mother had a stand-up row with me over this. Very rude person. We also had to pay 7 euros for a poolside plastic table which we apparently broke. If anyone gave a great review I would imagine they ate & drank alot at the bars. We were asked to pay 100 euros for the aircon when we arrived which was a godsend during the heatwave but we were there for a week they could have asked in the morning but this was about 2am & we were all so tired. Loved Kardamena but probably would not re visit these apartments. 

Forget Greek hospitality!

We stayed for 9 nights at Zouboulia and could not fault this accommodation. Dino met us off the bus on arrival and gave us lots of information straight away & was just so helpful straightaway. We stayed in the family room, it was immaculately clean throughout & the only day the maid did not come understandably was Sunday. We didn't use the pool area as the main beach was such a short walk we spent our days there. We did use the bar some evenings & Bill or Dino were really helpful. This is really well located accommodation for everything in Kardamena & we will be booking to go again! 

Lovely stay in well placed apartments! 

From check in to departure Bill and Dino were excellent hosts!
We had a lovely weeks stay in a wonderful apartment overlooking the local church. The standard of accommodation and attention to detail was excellent, much better than other rooms we have stayed in Greece. Great support staff, nothing was too much trouble. Two great bars, one by their awesome pool, which served excellent daytime food. The other front bar was ideal for a drink before or after going for a meal and to catch up with other residents always a good atmosphere. 

Could not fault this accommodation!

Very rude and offensive owners

Hotel Zouboulia Apartments, Kardamena, Kos is a nice hotel, within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and beach but owners were very rude to us as a couple. On arrival late at night told us we would have to move rooms after 8 days of being there, no explanation and we were too tired to argue the point after traveling all day. When it came to moving we asked if we could stay where we were but were told very rudely that we HAD to move or we would be moved to another hotel and Jet2 had given them permission to do so which we found out later that this was not true, explanation was then given that we had to move as other guests that had been going for 22yrs wanted our room. We booked this holiday in January 2022 and did not think it right that we should be messed about like this. Rep was involved but have had no feedback from her. It's a shame but won't ever be back agan to this hotel. Another negative is that it's supposed to be a self catering holiday but no utensils in room. When we asked about this they said that after the pandemic they took them all out so the maids did not have to clean them so not really self catering, a bit of a lame excuse.

Very rude and offensive owners

Had a fantastic 2 weeks Zouboulia is very central for all amenities including restaurants, bars, beach. Basic self catering facilities were adequate for us, also there's a great snack bar at the pool, Dino one of the owners is an excellent chef we had several meals all freshly cooked reasonably priced. 
The hotel is spotless, the room attendants are fantastic and work really hard, if you're not up they come back later and fresh towels and bedsheets changed regularly. 
There were plenty of comfortable sunbeds around the swimming pool.  The pool is lovely I'm a keen swimmer and had regular dips. A nice locally owned small and friendly hotel. Thankyou Dino and Billy

Stayed for 2 weeks sept/Oct self catering

Lovely hotel great location for town centre and beach . Staff and owner are all lovely and very helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel for solo travellers and couples. Good size rooms and very clean all round.

Sunshine Holiday

A great place clean, local to everything. Pool area lovely and clean food great. My only thing i would say, it should have a screen along the pool where the busy rd is to stop noise and dust from the rd.

Well what is not to be said that has not already been said superb 10 days stay at the zoboulia apartments dino bill their mum and all the staff are lovely people rooms are spotless fresh towels and bedding everyday great pool and the pool bar great dino cooks the food great selection on the menu sadly going home tonight after again a brilliant 10 day stay highly highly recomended come and see for yourselves you will not be dissapointed thanks again dino bill and all the staff from me and carole

Absolute torture the people who own theses apartments went as a family and all the did was complain don’t get dirt on the bedsheets or will be charged ,kids don’t jump in the pool and swim quietly ,reported a plug socket fell off the wall and they left it said they’ll do it when we leave!!! 35 euros to keep the room on but if there’s more than 4 ppl they charge 50 euros .didn’t even once say hello or speak to us .will never go there again!!!!
