The location of the hotel is outstanding.  The access to a private beach is so special. However the rooms are tired & the pool smelt very odd. The staff are fantastic & really helped us when my husband fell ill. 

Beautiful location

Nice expirence staying in this hotel. Hotel is well organized and rooms are daily cleaned.  All members of the staff are extremy kind. Amazing sea view from the room. Breakfast with good variety of food. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice beach and pool with enough sun beds and umbrellas. Hotel is not new but well maintained. Atmosphere in hotel is relaxed and peacefull without noise.

RECOMENDATION!

Location super!!! Room old style, clean, has everything what you need, nice terace and super view. Food- comme ci comme ca, to the end we found always something.

We had a lovely and relaxing time in the Spa.! 
I had the cretan masage (one of the best massages I ve ever gotten) and an avocado facial that smells AMAZING, leaves the skin really hydrated for days and would definitely recommend!

Ams tsps hotel

We spent my husbands birthday at this lovely hotel.  From the moment we arrived the staff was exceptional.  During our checkin process we mentioned it was his birthday and without hesitation they upgraded our room.  The hotel location is beautiful and so private. Our waitstaff even surprised my husband with a special cake made for his birthday and had a bottle of wine delivered to our room.  We will always remember our time at this beautiful hotel and lovely caring people.  Thank you to each of you for making his birthday one we will never forget.   

Wonderful Staff & Nice hotel

What a Fantastic Hotel
We were welcomed with open arms right from the moment we arrived to the day of departure.  The room was very clean and had a spectacular view of the bay with Two balconies.  I would recommend you upgrade to the superior rooms as you get sun beds and umbrella if you don’t fancy laying by the pool.  The air conditioning worked very well and Breakfast was amazing, served in the restaurant right by the sea and the staff couldn’t do any more for us.  
The WiFi connection was a little hit and miss in the room but was excellent on the balcony and down by the sea.  If you want a special place to take someone with spectacular views,  attentive staff this must be on your list.  There is a regular bus service right by the hotel or you can easily walk into the town just down the road where there are plenty of Greek Tavernas 
What a place to stay 🎉

Fantastic Hotel

We stayed here for a week in early September. The hotel overlooked the bay, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool was large and the beach was private. Breakfast was excellent, you made orange juice with real oranges in a machine, the choice was wide for food, almost anything you can think of. The staff were excellent, your room could be cleaned daily or every two days according to your preferences. Although the hotel is a little old, it was by far the best hotel we have stayed in Crete

A great place to stay

Stayed here at the beginning of September & was more than impressed, the facilities are nice and the staff are extremely friendly. The hotel is super clean and the pandemic is being taken seriously. Special thanks to Angelo & Eva☺️

Excellent Hotel

A friend treated me and my partner to a night here he lives in istron. This is a 5 star hotel and just amazing, if you can afford it stay here its lovely. it has a privet beach, loads of sun beds, al la carte menu greek breakfast if i could afford i would stay here every year
