This hotel gave exceptional value for money. It was wonderfully clean with a lovely bar and restaurant. The pool area was absolutely spotless and well maintained,  as was the rest of the hotel. Main town easy 10 min walk and nearest beach 20 min walk along fairly busy road.....uphill on way back. 

Spotlessly clean hotel 

Lovely hotel. Very friendly staff. Pool was perfect for swimming and hotel had a calm atmosphere. The hotel was walking distance to both amazing beaches and the lovely village centre with restaurants. The cleanliness was amazing! I have never stayed in a hotel this clean! Breakfast was delicious with varied greek sweets each day in addition to savory delights. Would definitely stay again, both because of the hotel as well as the place.

Perfect hotel!

Very nice hotel with a short distance to Sivota and beach. The hotel was clean, and the surroundings were very calm. The service was very high and the staff were very friendly, and helped with any request or question I had.

This place is just superb, Spotlessly clean , huge comfy bed with good pillows
Sheets and towels changed regularly

Breakfast you are spoilt for choice , cereals , bacon, eggs, fruit Yoghurt, juices , tea , coffee

The pool area is lovely , again very clean 

Great helpful staff , they put my partners leg band in the freezer fir him everyday , 
Even bought us a kettle after a few days as i took my own
Central to all the beaches , we walked to 9 in total 
And close to harbour

Superb Hotel

This is a real gem of a hotel. It is exceptionally clean, very comfortable with very good beds, helpful and hard working staff. Christina( & Maria) at the bar/ breakfast/lunch service is a star, goes above and beyond and always pleasant. The cleaning staff, Fotini and co do a 5 star job at keeping the hotel and pool area immaculate and Lambrini on reception/ pool/bar is efficient and helpful too. Breakfasts and lunches are of a high standard. Some of the rooms are smaller than others with the ones overlooking the street appearing more spacious and apparantly also the ones in the extention.
As an older couple, one with mobility issues, our only comments are that there is no lift and that the walk down the mainroad is on a downward incline ( noticable on the way back or if you take the small lane opposite down a peaceful , residential area) and took us more that the 10-15 minutes suggested but there are taxis available if required for 5 euros each way.
We would not hesitate to recommend others to book this lovely hotel and there are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available and the pool is generally very quiet.

A very clean, comfortable hotel, well above the 3 star rating

Hotel Albatros is located very conveniently between the Sivota harbour (where shops and restaurants are located) and two beaches. Hence it's very easy to reach both from the hotel by foot. Pool is not huge, but that doesn't matter as Zavia beach is 5 min walk away. 
Rooms - especially in the new part of the hotel - are beautiful, clean and stylishly decorated. Much higher standard than in usual three star hotel.  Beds are excellent! And so is also the breakfast (very good quality). The staff is very attentive doing their best to meet any special requests. We had a lovely holiday in Albatros! Thank you.

Clean, beautiful hotel on central location

Lovely hotel, 10 to 15 minute walk down to the harbour.

The bedrooms were of a reasonable size, free safe, small fridge, plenty of wardrobe space, very comfortable bed, walk in shower in the bathroom.  Plenty of hot water at all times of the day.  All tastefully decorated.

The buffet breakfast was excellent, you would not go hungry and the staff in the dining room work very hard replenishing and keeping the tables clear.

The whole hotel is beautifully decorated and kept to a very high standard.

The pool was amazing, very. very clean, water was pleasantly warm and plenty of sunbeds should you want to sit by the pool, again this outside space was immaculately clean.

A great place to stay.

Excellent small hotel

A clean, newly renovated hotel with nice rooms with a balcony and a nice pool area. The whole facility is in good shape and well situated 10 min walk from Sivota village and 5 minutes walk  from a small cosy beach. The service is ok from most of the staff but not overwhelming, more neutrally professional. But the most annoying thing about the hotel is the approach and attitude from the owners.Not a smile, not a ”Good day” or ” How are you” to us as guests. Standing at the bar one day waiting for the bartender one of the owners just went past us into the bar without even noticing or looking at us. Not ok. A crash course in service management would be needed. Did not feel welcome by them.

Nice, fresh hotel, but service not on the same level

We returned once again to this lovely hotel.  As on previous visits, staff were very friendly and helpful,  The buffet breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. The hotel throughout and the individual rooms and dining areas, were spotlessly clean.  Excellent management of Covid rules too, including the supply of disposable gloves to use at the buffet breakfast.  A lovely quiet location and ideal for local exploration.

First class

We were very happy with this hotel.
It is very clean and tastefully decorated and has obviously been refurbished recently.
The staff are all really pleasant and it has a real family feel.
The breakfasts are great with a good choice of cooked meat and eggs plus the usual fruits and delicious savoury and sweet Greek pastries. ....and good coffee an teas, juices. They offer pool snacks all day.
The pool is beautiful and there are plenty of sun beds though it was rarely busy in the current situation.
We swam daily and found the local beaches ideal ... Zavia is 10 minutes and perfect for swimming and access . There is a slight incline but I managed it easily with a newish replacement knee.
there is a local restaurant, the Xechoristo with delicious locally grown veg and roasts.
The harbour with many restaurants is in the harbour area which was a 20 minute stroll past lots of litle shops and supermarkets.
