What a hospitality! Dionysia en Yannis are doing everything in their power to make feel you at home. 

Some fruit or a piece of pie was brought every day by Dionysia. Located in a lovely small garden near the harbor en beach. You will find it a lovely place to stay. 

beds are good and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every regularly.  The cats outside are nice and come by for a quick stroke. 

Nice location to explore the south side of Kos Island..

A hidden treasure !! The best in town.

This lady is like a mum to me. She is there with a smile and a massive hug and tears when we leave.
Simple clean and friendly but idyllic and peaceful too.
Not forgetting cake too !

Great studio, Dionisia and Yani could not do enough for us.front a rear balcony sun morning and night.beds and towels changed every two days.cake and fruit nearly every day.supermarket 500 yards away so Yani drove us there and back ( water heavy ) .free air con and safe.swimming pool across the road Andreas studio.and bars and resturants 20 yards away and of course sea 15 yards. the beach is a short flat walk about 200 yd .hope to be back next year...

Just off the harbour front so not noisy in the evenings, apartments basic but clean and we'll appointed.I have been coming here for some 14 years and always had an enjoyable holiday. While talking about this place which is situated on the island  of Kos I have seen all the press a  tv reports but I ha e not seen one immigrant on my visit in September last year or the one I am on now. All the scare mongering has managed to do is cause a lot of business I know to struggle which is a shame for these very nice people when it is not there fault. I for one will be back here in September as usual

Great place to chill out

A great location close to the harbour road, and fantastic studios.
The hosts, Dionisia and Yannis are brilliant.
Double beds and neatly laid out .
I cannot fault this place in any way, and cannot wait to go back next year !!!
