Serita Beach - All Inclusive

Honestly, I was hesitating to book after reading the reviews and I was afraid that I will not enjoy the vacation. So my expectation was low, but in the contrary we enjoyed our stay and we had a great experience. The staff were very much friendly. The food had good varieties. The animation team did very great job. The SPA treatment and service was excellent. I am not sure about all rooms, but the room we reserved was small, we were 4 sleeping 2 adults and 2 kids the room was really tight, but it not the end of the world as we didn't spend much time in the room. You could visit the A La Cart restaurants once for free during your stay but you have to reserve early to make sure you have a seat there. Things I liked from the staff and was of a big gesture: I ordered a cake for my wife's birthday celebration and it was on the House for free with a big smile from the staff. When we did the check-out, it was very early in the morning 3:00 am in the morning, the receptionist organized for us an early breakfast and coffee station at the dining room. And ordered the taxi for us. The Hotel is old yes it is, but everything works perfectly and being old does not mean it is bad. Relatively speaking we didn't face difficulties finding a good spot and good sun beds at the pool. But you have to reserve as early as you could. The things were I like to see improvements: The kids playground: it is better to put shades over the playground, because playing with my younger kid during the day with the sun hitting our heads directly was a real pain. A small advice, the hotel takes a deposit of EUR 40 for each towel you take during your stay. I took 5 towels so this totaled to EUR 200 which is a good sum of amount, given that I wasn't taking much cash with me, so loosing EUR 200 out of the small cash I had wasn't the best thing. If you are a humble person who left his home to enjoy vacation and enjoy your stay, this Hotel is good for you.
