We stayed at the Lithea studios in July 2016. We liked it lot! The studio simple, yet cosy, functional and clean. We had very nice view from the balcony (from the corner studio), and every day we would have breakfast on the balcony admiring the nice view over the Aghios Petros bay. The surroundings of the house was lovely too - the old orchard established by the owner's - Panagiotis - grandfather.
A nice beach, with crystal-clean waters, was within 3 minutes walk (or 1 minute, if you know the shortcut:)) 
We loved the location of the house - first of all, it's almost at the beach, so you can hear the sea all the time. Also, it is within walking distance to Steni Vala where you can find some great tavernas as well as supermarket. Thanks to all this, if you don't feel like traveling (well, we did, because the island itself is beautiful), you can stay all day at the place having a great beach and tavernas near you. 

And most importantly - Panagiotis was the best host; always there to help you, give some advice on where to go to swim or eat. He's one of those who like people and it shows! Thanks for everything!

Wonderful place!

This was my second trip to traditional houses near the sea and I'm currently planning a third. If you are after a total escape in nature this is the place. The studios are more rustic than the villas yet their bathrooms are new and nice and they are extremely comfortable. For those who enjoy a quiet escape I can't recommend it enough! 

Perfect again!

I stayed in both a villa and a studio and they are lovely. Rustic but everything you could possibly want. We were picked up and dropped off for the ferrys and the family was very helpful and informative. The local village Steni Vala is gorgeous and the people there are helpful, welcoming and respectful. 
The cafe Icarus in the village is especially convenient with Wifi and providing local knowledge 
The island is quiet and serene. I can't wait to return to traditional houses by the sea.

The perfect place to relax and rejuvenate yourself in idyllic surrounds and wonderful people

The place is in the middle of a farm/garden full of trees. It has a very easy access of 2 minutes walking in a path to a beautiful and quite beach. The room (ground floor) it was by stone with a small and fully equipped kitchen. A BBQ was also available in the yard . Panayiotis the owner was really a helpful and gentle person. Our 17 month son also had great time there playing around in the garden and in the beach which is very suitable for him.

A wonderful place to relax

Me & my brother stayed at the studios and we loved the outside sitting areas under the olive-trees where you could relax and hear the cicadas. These houses overlook a lovely little bay where you can swim peacefully, as you owned it!.. 

However, the place is accessible with great difficulty. First of all, one needs a jeep or 4x4 to drive down the steep, rocky dirt road of more than 500 metres - a fact which is concealed on the site. Also, you need to be young and healthy to walk down from the "parking area" and through a badly lighted path to the studios, carrying luggage. Then, you will find it hard to ascend the path and the stairs to get your car, especially if you are mature and suffer from sore knees and other myoskeletical problems. 

Furthermore, the owner misguided us, by providing a small, uncomfortable sofa bed, instead of us asking specifically for two single beds. The answer to the compaints of ours and the other guests has been that he will get it right next year!!!
