Our family stayed here for two nights even though we booked and paid for four.  The place is only somewhat close to the beach a very long and difficult walk when you have small children. There are absolutely no amenities in this apartment except the convenience of having a kitchen. There is no washer and if you stay for more than a couple of nights this is definitely an issue. The nearest laundromat is in Binz which is about 15 minutes away by car. We had to find this out on our own after the owner of the house told us she would find out the information an  get back to us. She never did. She was very quick to come and collect the money which she did an hour after we arrived after sending a few texts to see if were at the apartment so she could get the money. Did not even ask if we arrived safely and if we liked everything. Horrible customer service.  There is no one to ask any questions or maps of the area normally not a problem if you have internet. This place does not offer any internet. The view is of the lagoon and the train that seems to pass by every 15 minutes. The only nice feature of the apartment was the balcony even though it was covered in bird feces.  The blankets were dirty and the pillows were old down that had seen better days. I felt dirty the whole time I was there. I would never stay in this place again and I feel like I was taken advantage of for wasting my money there.
