WARNING: PEOPLE SHOULD NOT STAY HERE!! These humans running this place are very rude people. When i called them, if there was a room available, a man on the phone screamed at me (for no reason) that there are non available because of corona and then hanged up the phone. I have never been anymore disrespected in my life and my anger has never been any bigger. These 'people' are  not suitable for the job and should NOT interact with other humanbeings.
I have never wrote a review this bad in my life.

We had to pay more than the prices that were displayed on their website (Prices have been updated in the meantime). 50€ for a night in dorm is unbelievable. No breakfast, only one shower for the whole floor!!

Otherwise the hostel was clean and the reception was good.

Not good

Incredibly expensive for the quality of room. -Abrupt, unhelpful staff. 
-No curtains in the room.
-Sub standard showers with little or no temperature regulation. 
-Uncomfortable beds. 
-No privacy glass or curtains in the bathrooms. 

The hostel did not in any way reflect what was seen in the photos. Would definitely not recommend.

Very Poor

I made a reservation here and because there was bad weather coming I knew I would not be able to arrive.  I cancelled 3 days in advance and they charged me for the whole price of all five nights.  I sent them an email asking for a a refund or an explanation and I never got a response.  I believe the cancellation policy states that if you cancel within 7 days of the booking they charge you for the first night.  I cancelled three days before my arrival date and it is very unfair that I was charged the full price as if I'd stayed there when they had plenty of time to re-sell my bed to another customer.  I was planning to go back to Garmisch when the weather gets better but I will definitely not be booking here.

Terrible Customer Service

We were a large group who stayed here for one night. It does the job for a one or two nigh stay. We stayed in a separate guest house with a couple of bedrooms and a shared bathroom for about 8 people. There was also a very basic breakfast which was acceptable. Nothing fancy here but definitely alright for one or two nights.
