Excellent hotel, stayed here during quarantine. It was nice to sit out on the balcony, although the view isn't the most interesting (looks at Sheraton Hotel haha). Room is cheery and of a modern design, which made quarantine more bearable. Breakfast was quite tasty although it got boring after a while, but I'm sure if I told them they'd have switched it up for me.

Some initial issues like no wifi info provided in room, but quick call to reception fixes it. I also wasn't sure initially if there was warm water as it takes a while to heat up. 

All of that is made up for the fact that hospitality was amazing, Koka was super helpful, responsive and always checking in on me, would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

Stayed for Quarantine

Standard hotel with clean and rooms and public areas.
Very nice and helpful people. Front desk  is available 24/7.
Breakfast is very good.
Very silent place and easily accessible to other parts of city nearby grocery store and authentic georgian restaurants are available. 
15 mins. from Airport.

They were not able to serve even a black tea .. in Georgia :)

One of the worst hotels I have stayed

This hotel is devoid of any amenities.
No Restaurant
No cupboards or Almirahs in rooms
No Room Service
Inadequate power backup
A smallest possible television
Narrow beds
and many other deficiencies.
We were made to believe that it is a four star hotel.
Ileave the judgement to readers.

A bed and breakfast hotel

We had a wonderful 3 nights stay in this hotel, location is quiet, staffs were very nice and helpful. Yes, food is basic, however, just wanna say special thanks to the lady in the canteen for offering to cook an omelet for my daughter and also for George at the front desk for the medicine when I had a fever.Overall I love this hotel.

Eclectic Style

If you want to go there just be sure your room is not at 4th floor because the elevator just come up until 4th floor but the breakfast is served at 5th floor and everyone in hotel will come to your floor early in the morning .the hotel is not good located but the neighborhood is good.the hotel is very clean.breakfast was very simple.

Average

The hotel is quite unique with lovely finishing touches, very vibrant and arty and is located only 7-10 minutes away by taxi from the main touristy areas. The reception staff were very polite and helpful and booked us taxies whenever we needed them.
For a one night stop and if you don't fancy being right in the centre, it is a very good choice and definitely different to the rest of the hotels.
We were there for two nights in a family room, which was spacious enough, the bathroom a little on the small side and given that the building is probably quite old, the noise seems to travel so we heard a lot of doors being banged late in the night and people talking on their mobiles in the corridors. Other than that we had a lovely stay and base to come back to after exploring the city.

Arty and quirky and conveniently located

The Boutique Alphabet Hotel is very cute! My husband and I stayed here one night. The bed was comfortable, and we had a nice view from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious - there were so many different cheeses and fruits and vegetables to try. The Hotel also arranged an airport pickup for us with a very friendly and helpful driver.

The uniqueness of the hotel plus the comfort that the staff provides you completes the full relaxation. Everyone in this place is so polite with a friendly attitude and knows how to respect full privacy.  

Unique Hotel

I loved the hospitality of alphabet hotel. The reception staff in particular Natia, Vito, George everyone infact were so warm so adjusting. 10 on 10 for their service. Travelled so many places in the world but never seen such outstanding cooperating staff, makes your stay so comfortable !!! Thank you and good luck alphabet hotel !
