Stayed there 3 nights. Comfortable bed. Rooms without windows but with fan it was not too hot. Wifi worked. Basic kitchen without stoves but many good restaurants basically next door.

We thougth it was very easy to find.
Great location.

The guy at the desk is wonderful. Very nice, welcoming and knowledgeable.

We stayed here for 2 nights. 

Google map was confused and so were we since we arrived in a shop, there was a note on the shop door buzzer (Hostel City Center). The hostel was the first floor property of the shop.

The host was nice, speaks good English.  He met us in the yard area (where restaurants and cafes are) and brought us to the property, the entrance is basically at the far end side of the shop where google map brought us.

We booked the twin room, although there were 3 single beds.  The room was spacious, with a small terrace and an A/C. We were given a key to our room, but we noticed when we got back one night, there were fresh linens hanging in the terrace which would suggests that the property has a duplicate key.  There are no lockers in the room, so I would be mindful of leaving valuables.

There was 2 shared toilet&bath, it was big as well although there are no curtains that separates the shower from the toilet, so if someone uses it ... expect the entire space to be wet.

There is just a small provisioned counter (which I suspect is the kitchen) but I didn't see any stove that will enable you to cook food.

Wi-Fi was good, location is perfect since it is in the city center. room is good. Bathroom needs a shower curtain.

Centrally Located but difficult to find

It is hard to find the hostel because in one building you have hostel "city center Eli" and "City center" with is confusing. In the entrance, wild dogs are walking around. There is a lot of dogs pop on the ground. The repulsive and the detestable room is located on the ground floor. With means that you are opening the door from the room to go out and you are stepping in the dog poop. First noise source: Water pump is located vis-a-vis room. Noise is incredible. When we complain about that we receive information that noise will end when everyone in the building will stop using water. Second noise source: Neighbors, There is no soundproofing at all. You can hear everything. Basically, you have a feeling that they are in your private room. Third noise source: evacuation fan installed in the wall. In the room, there is a strong and repugnant smell of gasoline. (worse than in a gasoline station). Especially in the bathroom. After checking in and paying I decided to take a shower. Unfortunately, the smell was coming up with the water. I had troubles with breathing and I felt dizzy. When we decided to turn off extremely nosy evacuation fan, room immediately filled out with gasoline smell. After around 40 minutes that we spent in the room, we decided to find a different hotel. My headache and dizziness lasted around 24 hours after running away from that dreadful place. Of course, we never saw our money back because the receptionist tried calling the owner but he never picked up his phone. We just left.

A room that threatens your life and health.

We stayed there only one night. Owner was kind and he speaks english. He took us from airport for free. Room without window. Dirty bathroom and unconfortable bed. Although it was very cheap i do not recommend.
