We spent one week there during the Eid holidays alla the staff were very helpful.They have well equipped GYM

Good hotel location as  it is too near to downtown. Good room cleaning and staff service and special thanks to Mr.Mohamed Barman and also to Spa Service . We are planning to come back in next July and this hotel is so recommendable for a business trip.

The place is wonderful and the services there are excellent. I am happy to repeat my visit to the place again and again and I will recommend it to all my friends. Thank you. Great stay

This is a great 4-star hotel. Safe, clean and family-friendly. Great rate for Egyptians. Not luxurious but very calm with good services. The staff are amazing and welcoming. I thank Abdullah, Mahmoud and Chef Gamal, and housekeeping staff Mustafa, Emad and Ahmed. Thanks also to Mrs. Mona Hilal. Will come again. 

Highly recommend. Friendly and calm

Very welcoming. Very clean fantastic breakfast. Staff very friendly. We had three rooms all of good standard. Nice pool area. Plenty places for us all to meet up lots of seating areas.
Good equipped spa good and the gym was excellent.
Used main Resturant was good and fairly priced.
Very easy to find just off motorway. Good car parking.
Will definitely use this Hotel on visits to Cairo planning to take family there later in year.

Greater hotel to stay in

Nada our guest relations was very helpful. Always with a smile. She guided us throughout our stay at that hotel and went out of her way to help us. With lots of tips and honest opinions. Love to go back there

Good staff at welcome and helpful and also meets 90% of your requirements which is very good.
Food is excellent specially the deserts
They have good organizer and good chefs and pool is very nice as well
